The arrangement was delivered at the end of the day and were beat up. Stems broken and almost all of the flowers looked old and wilted. Nothing salvageable. I contacted FTD and the offered to send a new bouquet. The new one was delivered with no notice. They sent the smallest version of that arrangement even though I paid for the large one. The message I wrote online came with a nice card that was typed on the first one. They did a crappy hand write note on a piece of stationary the second time and it looked so bad. The second bouquet was probably worse than the first. The bulbs on the flowers were rotten with mold and were falling apart beneath. This is by far the worst service on flowers like this I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs. You may see this review in other places. I plan to put this out everywhere.

She met us as the venue and based on the space, provided great choices for lighting, table coverings, back drops and layout. All of these were pretty expensive, which is to be expected at a place like the zoo or any sporting event, for that matter. But considering the setting, the value was acceptable and the food great, especially the fries. Besides the usual condiments, excellent pickle slices, fresh sliced onions and lettuce were provided. Tomatoes were presented as well, I had a few slices on the side, like I usually do anywhere the deluxe burger is presented un-assembled. We started off with water, but I decided that a Pepsi sounded good, so I ordered a small one. I handed cashier a $10 bill and was surprised how little change I got back. Suggest you stick with the water, a Pepsi is a Pepsi unless it is a Coke. No reason for the upcharge. I will probably always do two expensive food things at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. I will buy lettuce for the giraffes--one of the best experiences I've ever had at a zoo and buy a cheeseburger for me.
