They also didn't talk to the news channel about the situation. They made us come up with a list of belongings that were lost later telling us that they had no intention of repaying us the amount that was stolen while still trying to tell us it was not their fault and the bridal suite is "usually always locked". There also was a couple that married a year prior who had their ENTIRE card box stolen (we did not know about this before booking). If you're going to book at the nice venue then make sure and keep all nice things at home and don't leave ANYTHING valuable unattended.

KUDOS to the attentive and genteel servers! Every one of them knew from which side to serve and asked if they could take our plate, or if we were finished, before clearing our plates and manicuring the table.
