Mario was a recommendation to us for our wedding, and man, was he worth every penny. From the get go, he was soooo easy to deal with and was charming, funny, and very fair with his pricing. We found him to be very flexible and were impressed by how organized he was. We met with Mario a few times before the wedding to discuss everything and inform him of our concerns and needs. On the day of, he did a phenomenal job and really gave us an unforgettable party. The music was great, his energy was outstanding, and until now, we have guests who rave about him. Definitely not your ordinary DJ. We were sad to say goodbye when the reception was over, but will most definitely book him again for any events in the future. One of the three main goals of our wedding was to have the best dance party of any wedding we had…read moreattended. (No bias--we polled friends and family later on.) DJ Or (ANDR Music) made that happen. Some highlights: 1) He helped us troubleshoot logistics long before the actual wedding day--things well beyond music. He's super knowledgeable about planning, very professional, and an overall kind and generous person. If you call him for a conversation about your event, you will get something out of it. 2) He knew our venue, the Temescal Beach House in Oakland. If you're having a wedding there, stop reading and hire him now. 3) He worked with my family to remote mic someone's electric-acoustic guitar via his sound system, so my father-in-law could play my partner's processional song. It was a small technical piece, but it went a long way in making the day special. 4) He was a big part of the wedding day-of team. He coordinated with the photographer, coordinator, MC, and volunteers to make sure things went as planned, changed as needed, and stayed fun.
