Adriano was very professional and easy to talk to at your convenience. He is able to make ANYTHING happen and his prices were very fair. I attended a bachelor party over the weekend in Montreal. We had Adriano helping us with the…read moredetails and bookings. For the most part the venues he had arranged and charged us for met our expectations. There was one critical issue that could not be overlooked and I wish to warn others of. He had helped us arrange bottle service at a night club that he advised that he was well connected with. All of the bottles had already been pre-paid with tax and tips included. This was correct, however when we ordered an additional bottle his connections and contacts at the club slapped on over priced extras (a bunch of redbulls and premium water) without asking us. This resulted in a bill that was $200.00 over the price of the additional bottle. We had only began to question this when the bill kept being changed over the course of a few minutes. When we wanted to dispute the bill, the servers and managers were nowhere to be found. We were counting on Adriano to bring us (as the tourists) to a venue that would not take advantage of us. He lead us to a tourist trap, I am going to suggest he did so with full knowledge. To be fair, other items he had offered met expectations but when we put the above to him and have not had a reasonable answer as to why he would put us in a tourist trap like this. I would have given four stars but removed two for this issue.

Service was fantastic staff was kind and courteous and the general people we're very nice we had two couples at our table and we had a blast with them! We are going back next year! I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for a NY that's outside of the house parties and club scene the crowed is mixed and tables come in placements of 10 so 5 couples is ideal for a full table and tickets sell out fast. The music was off the hook and they gave out door prices and Gold star entertainment provided light sticks glow rings and other great party favors!

I can't wait to see it all come together on November 13th! : )

Often our questions were met with terse responses and "trust me" vibes and we needed to correct the quotes he sent multiple times over email due to missing details. He did come through with some good catering for our arrival but forgot one menu item we wanted to order and still charged us full price. The "show" was fine but not a show - very misleading. THE BAD - Lack of transparency on costs. How $1,350 subtotal (not including taxes and fees) becomes $2,250 (not including taxes and fees) for one activity, without any indication, feels shady

Would highly recommend the service and ESPECIALLY requesting Anthony as your host! Not only was he always available if you needed him, he was at every location, walked us in, took us to the next spot, and gave great advice. He made sure we were always all accounted for and would always steer us in the right direction. He is extremely flexible and very accommodating. At one point, we completely pulled a 360 and changed venues. Not only did he deliver last minute on a great table, but made sure we didn't owe anything to the other location we cancelled. Anthony is the perfect host and couldn't have had such a great weekend without him. He took out all the stress and made the whole experience one giant party!

What is your budget?…read more This is the first question you'll hear out of their mouth when you show up to visit their facilities. Renting the building and its furniture only did not seem like an option at all. We backed off because of the poor attitude of the staff. (+) Large space (-) Location; Low ceilings; No 'wow' effect. Please be aware that they are not asking what they can do to make your event special. They are really focused on getting the most $ out of you. The one staff wanted to charge 400$ per person for a 3 service banquet type of event or else he would serve corn to our guests! ...all of that even though we told them we would hire our own food service. This is not the way potential clients should be treated and it gave us a pretty clear idea of how their customer service is running after you sign a contract with them. We met two staff during our visit. The first one was nice but still very focused on our budget while the second one should be fired.

Okay venue, but one staff member is a major liability…read more I genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere of this venue and found most of the staff to be excellent, but my experience was completely derailed by a single bartender. The blonde woman in the questionable medium grey top displayed some of the most erratic and unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered in the service industry, coming from someone regularly went out in Toronto. After struggling with a simple transaction and managing to overcharge me after multiple corrections, she appeared to have a total lapse in composure (like straight manic energy). When I questioned the price, she became visibly hostile and had the audacity to ask if I was "from here." As a person of colour born in Canada, I find it embarrassing that this brand of bias still exists in 2026--especially from someone representing a "high-profile" venue, but then again we're talking about Montreal here, the bar was low to start.... To end the interaction, she actually shoved my drinks across the bar counter in a fit of frustration (like an actual child throwing a temper tantrum). It was a bizarre, super uncomfortable and unstable display of customer service. I was more than happy to tip her colleagues, who were professional and possessed actual social skills, but this individual is an absolute embarrassment to your brand. I will not be returning to this venue, I will happily go out of my way to let anyone know to avoid this place, or anywhere that poor excuse of a "bartender". I would honestly rather pay double the price anywhere else than subject myself to that level of disrespect again. If you're visiting from Toronto or elsewhere, save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values its patrons. To the crazy blonde bartender, learn how to do your job and maybe you'll get a tip, it's not It's rocket science, LOL. I've never met someone with such a poor temper. Instead of telling your colleagues to not serve me (entirety due to your non-existent bartending and social skills), ask her why she got tipped instead of you. You have the emotional and social intelligence of a child, like genuinely. I could care less for a canned/copy and paste response from this place, just deal with that pest of a bartender, maybe teach her basic counting (1 to 10) and sign up for anger management?? Don't overwhelm her too much of shell throw another childish temper tantrum. To break it down in simple and basic words to the airhead bartender: Charging wrong price + child like behaviour = no tip Tldr; don't go here unless you want to deal with entitled people who expect participation trophies after failing to do the BASIC duties of their own job.

The promoter clearly realized he messed up but still expected us to pay the full amount. It felt like a bait-and-switch. To avoid confrontation, we paid -- but we left feeling completely scammed. This kind of shady business practice is unacceptable. Dishonest, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth your time or money. Avoid this place and anyone affiliated with it.

We had a mixed experience working with this company to plan our wedding at their Salon Richmond,…read moreand felt it was important to share. On the positive side, the space is stunning and the food was excellent - both were highlights for us. However, our experience on the planning side raised several concerns. Communication and expectations were unclear from the outset. We initially believed we would be working with one team member, but later learned that a different person would be managing our wedding, which was not clearly communicated and created confusion early on. Throughout the process, we found the planner's approach to be rigid and not particularly collaborative. We were open to guidance, but often felt that our preferences were dismissed in favor of doing things a specific way. During our tasting, for example, some of our menu selections (chosen directly from the venue's own offerings) were criticized as not being "classy" or "elegant," which felt inappropriate and unnecessarily condescending. There were also multiple instances that felt unprofessional, including meetings starting late and recurring interruptions during scheduled time together. We also encountered a significant issue regarding payment transparency for a vendor booked through the venue. A deposit we paid was invoiced as a payment toward the band, but was not fully applied as such, and this was not disclosed at the time of payment. The matter was only resolved after escalation. While it is clear that the team is capable of executing events, our experience did not reflect the level of professionalism, transparency, or care that is essential when planning a wedding. A wedding is not just another event, and the planning process requires a level of respect, communication, and client focus that we did not consistently experience here. Due to these concerns, we ultimately chose to move forward with a different venue, as we did not feel confident continuing with the planning process. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this venue for weddings. Couples should proceed with caution and ensure they have a clear, documented understanding of vendor payments, responsibilities, and expectations before committing!
