His food is off the chart tasty. He makes his own salad dressing. That was so good that we contacted him after the wedding and had him ship us 12 bottles to California which he was glad to do it for us. Since we were out of town (California) communication was key for us and he or is wife always got back to us in a timely manner. Come the…read moreday of my rehearsal dinner, the catering office had booked the wrong date and scheduled it for the next day (wedding day). I was finally able to get a hold of someone in the kitchen, and they did send some food for the rehearsal, but nothing compared to what I had paid for. I confirmed on my end that I had emailed the correct date and had the proof to show them. They told me they would work on a reimbursement for me, but it took almost 4 months, and me threatening to involve a lawyer before I ever received any reimbursement. Communication is not great with the catering side and I would never depend on them to cater my event.
