From start to finish, she was incredibly detail-oriented and thoughtful, always coming to the table with smart suggestions that elevated the evening and made the guest experience so much more special. Communication with Janice was a dream--she is responsive, organized, and on top of every detail. All the vendors worked together seamlessly, which speaks volumes about both her planning skills and her professionalism. Janice is also extremely well-connected and has relationships with the most talented vendors--musicians, cake designers, calligraphers, florists, and more. She curated a team that worked beautifully together and truly brought the event to life. Above all, Janice is incredibly thoughtful--she thinks of everything and goes out of her way to help in any way possible. One of the things I also appreciated most was how budget-conscious Janice was--she focused on getting true value and never suggested spending money where it didn't make sense. That gave me a lot of confidence in every decision we made together. Thanks to her, we had an unforgettable celebration that felt effortless for us as hosts. If you are looking for someone who will treat your event as if it were her own, and who has the talent, connections, and dedication to deliver an extraordinary experience, Janice is the one. Rue 29 is simply exceptional! Thank you Janice and Rue 29 for an event to remember!

We…read moregot Rue 29's "Wedding Day Management Coordination Package" which included day-of coordination and up to 30 hours of work before the wedding day, but we got so much more value than that! Unlike other month-of coordinators who won't talk to you until a month before, Rue 29 made sure to set us up for success from the beginning. As soon as we signed our contract Janice shared her list of preferred vendors and introduced us to everyone we needed to know. She seems to know everyone in Napa! She was then so helpful with any questions we had while we were booking vendors and coordinating with them over the intervening months. By the time we got to a month out from the wedding everything was pretty much already set! Janice was so incredibly helpful, super responsive, detail oriented, and extremely professional. When the wedding day came our day went off without a hitch! We were completely relaxed all day because of the trust that Janice had already built-we knew she would move whatever mountain needed to be moved to make the day perfect. During the day she was the perfect amount of attentive to verify a few last details with us but mostly left us to just enjoy the day while she took care of everything else. She was also so attentive to our families during the day, always making sure they had food and drink and everything they needed, which was such a sweet level of service and care. If you want a coordinator who truly supports you through the wedding planning process and will make you feel completely at ease on your wedding day then hire Rue 29!

Wow. What can I say about Elise? My goal for content creation for my wedding was to have the vibe…read morecaptured. To basically be able to relive snippets. But I'm a doctor. And ill-equipped to think of cool reels to make. After 14 years of practice, I had many patients who were excited for my wedding. And so hiring someone to make some content seemed to meet many needs! Capture the vibe and share with those who could not attend. Elise and I met a few times over the course of the almost year of planning. She was pleasant, understanding when I missed a Google meeting, and very thorough. She is happy to come up with ideas and also coach you in moments. Simultaneously, she's able to seamlessly blend into the surroundings...so you're just having fun, and she's capturing it. I asked Elise to do a lot of funny stuff... like film me on my horse in a dress between my rehearsal and rehearsal dinner...? Or capture all the fun details in ways that memorialize them forever. I will NEVER regret for a moment hiring Elise. Especially when, like, 2 days after the wedding, she delivered over 200 gigs of videos and photos and even a few reels. And then the reels kept coming. Anyway.. SHE is a vibe. Her eye is meticulous. She is fun. And will be one of the best decisions you make.

They worked seamlessly with our other vendors, offered thoughtful suggestions for things I never would have thought of, and made the whole process feel effortless. The shots they captured are truly priceless--so many small, candid moments we would have otherwise missed. I was curious about what having a content creator would be like, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Elise made excellent recommendations (clearly from her experience) on how to run the day, which made everything smoother and more enjoyable. One of our biggest goals was to have our loved ones be fully present, while also knowing everyone would want to capture the moment--and this team helped us strike that balance perfectly. As crazy as the day was, having them there meant fewer guests had their phones out, which made the celebration feel more connected and authentic. On top of that, the edited videos Elise provided were perfect and let us relive all the happiness of the day over and over again. Their work gave us memories we'll truly cherish forever. Overall, we cannot recommend this team enough to anyone on the fence--it was one of the best choices we made for our wedding.

HIRE NICK!! YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY!…read more READ ON --------- I hired Nick to photograph a party celebrating a gentleman's 90th birthday. I had asked two wedding photogs in the Ojai area to do the photos, but they turned me down saying there was not enough $ in it for them if they couldn't sell an album, etc. I had seen some of Nicks pix on the web and called him. We talked about what I expected, his equipment, etc. So, never having met Nick I sent him a deposit for a Sunday shoot. He took about 350 pix with one of the best cameras available today and all but five or six were perfect. I told Nick that I wanted pix of every person at the party , and lots of "area"shots - -like the food (catered), groups chatting etc. Nick was perfect for my job - -fair prices, super cooperative, came on time and didn't leave until everything had been "covered". I am a pretty good photog myself, but could not have done a more thorough job in that venue. Hire Nick - -you will be happy with him and his work. rds

Her professionalism, experience, talent, patience, and friendly demeanor is truly a rare find, especially in photographers. We were so happy with all of our pictures! Her pictures capture a unique attention to detail with an elegant essence. We were also delighted to find that she highlighted/colored/certain photos that we would have never thought to do-and they turned out AMAZING!! Not only is Nanci a superb photographer, she is very responsive (via email/phone) and easy to talk to. She even was even willing to meet with us two days before the wedding (during June wedding season/Napa fires) for some last minute details/changes. At this time, due to the Napa fires, she was in the process of boxing up her house and awaiting evacuation instructions-and she still met with us! That shows true dedication!! We knew that finding the right photographer was important, and now realize how important it was after the event is over. Our pictures will be what we have to show our friends, family, and future children. Will cherish these memories forever! We, without a doubt, would highly recommend Nanci to anybody needing photography services! Sincerely, Sarah and Ryan Irwin
