DJ David was amazing!! It's been almost a year since our wedding. And I feel like I am doing this far too late and I should have. However, better late than never my mom always said. He was absolutely incredible. He truly made my day as smooth as possible. Iamb the worst planner. I gave him a rough idea of what I wanted done in the timeline. I wanted it on him and he helped me bring that to life. Not only that he also insured that it was a Party the entire time. My Now husband is a life of the party. He loves to dance and DJ David insured that it was that the entire time. He was incredibly kind to me and my guests.. even when some of them we're going a little long drawn on their speeches. He very trickly and kindly redirected it, and got the party going again. It was a dream to work with him. I recommend him to everyone who's getting married. In fact, I just sent his recommendation over to two friends of mine, who are getting married at the beginning of next year in hopes that he is open. David was the DJ for our wedding in April. We had very high expectations being that we have seen him DJ at other people's weddings that we know. Unfortunately he severely under met those expectations at our own wedding. David didn't get into contact with us regarding anything about our wedding until 3 days before, this only being the case because he requested to have a meeting over the phone the day before our wedding, which I found wildly unprofessional and inappropriate. I put together a very short and concise list of exactly the songs we would like played for the key moments in our wedding. When we spoke I explained to him the things I would like to avoid and preferred. The day of, he played our first dance song during our cake cutting moment. I had to rush down and ask my bridesmaids to tell him to change the song. He then awkwardly announced that he played our first dance song on accident to everyone. He also played most artist I had on my do not play list. He also played censored versions of songs when I communicated I did not want that for certain songs. Overall I felt I did not ask for much, and the things we did ask for were sent over in a very organized manner to him all on our own to hopefully make things convenient for him. I feel like he didn't even take the time to prepare for the things we asked and hoped for. I unfortunately spent a lot of my wedding being extremely frustrated and irritated feeling like I had to monitor everything he did. A responsibility that we supposedly paid him for. We are also very hurt being that David has a personal relationship with our family, so we expected him to take great care of us. Unfortunately this was no the case. Myself nor my family will no longer be recommending him from now on. We encourage people to find a DJ who takes your requests and preferences seriously and can communicate in a more timely and professional manner. read more

DJ Nava DJed for me a while ago for a senior prom I produced for Whitney High School in Rocklin, CA. He showed up early, and stayed late. And honestly, the kids were going crazy for the entire night.
