Saxon and Kristi were absolutely amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ experience for our wedding. This review is from our 1/24/25 wedding. Our initial planning call lasted two hours because we loved being able to talk music! Saxon was always on the ball with his communication and helped take SO MUCH stress from us... who knew planning a wedding would be so much? From the first contact his professionalism and attention to detail were incredible. I never had to wonder what was going on because he was always keeping us up to date. As for the wedding itself, Saxon was an absolute joy--his enthusiasm was contagious, and he kept the dance floor packed all night long! He respected our wishes and I can't tell you how many people told us how great he was. He knew exactly how to read the crowd and created an unforgettable night with our smaller wedding. Kristi was equally amazing with the photo booth! She was so warm and welcoming, making sure our guests had a blast taking fun and creative pictures. She encouraged everyone to hit up the photo booth (even us!) as she knew how easy it would be for us to forget. The props added such a fun touch to the evening. Everyone loved it! It's such a fun little extra to have for your guests during cocktail hour. At the end of the night, you'll get a flash drive with the photos but opt for the guest book - I added it on at the end and I was SO happy I did! I can't stress to you how incredible DJ Crashers is! If you're on the fence about paying this super-affordable fee for both the music and Photo Booth, DO IT!!! Not only will you get quality service and great memories, you'll get a professional duo that takes care of you all through your wedding night. Saxon with DJ Crashers was the most amazing DJ we could have asked for. We were very short on time due to immigration visa requirements and throughout our engagement, Saxon was on top of communication and so accommodating! He laid out a great timeline for us, helped us figure out the dynamics of our ceremony, gave ideas and suggestions as we had no idea what we were doing half the time, and managed to find all the songs we wanted - even the unconventional ones! On our wedding day, he and his assistant were on top of things before we even arrived! We had a few big last minute changes and he adjusted for us on the fly, no issues at all. He kept the music running through the night, was great at getting a feel of the dance floor and changing music as needed, and even joined us with glowsticks in hand to show the moves for the line dances (which was great for the kids)! He and his assistant were so kind and friendly, it felt like having our friends with us and it made the night so comfortable. We also took advantage of the Photo Booth, and omg it was the BEST thing at the wedding! We had guests from 18mos to 70 years old and everyone had so much dressing up, taking pictures, and leaving messages in our memory book. DJ Crashers owner, Saxon Majeske, was an epic disc jockey for our wedding! 10/10 would recommend and here's why! (1) He was so helpful in the planning phase - outlining the entire timeline for our wedding day as though he was our wedding planner (we did the planning ourselves, so it was really helpful to work on this with a wedding expert). Plus, he took all our feedback into consideration and tailored the night exactly to our wishes. (2) On the day of, he was prompt in arriving and setting up. And he worked with the space to tweak the lighting and sound to perfection. (3) His DJ skills were so great! Everyone loved the string quartet music he played during our cocktail hour and dinner. Then during the dance party phase, he seamlessly integrated all of our bride/groom requests with requests from the guests. We got SO many compliments about how much fun everyone had dancing and it's all thanks to Saxon! Plus he helped with the line dances - I am not a dancer at all, but he was a great line leader! (4) We also hired the DJ Crashers Photobooth and it was so great! They use a DSLR camera to capture the images, so it's very high quality! There's a ~13 second period between shots that some guests thought was too long, but it definitely gave us the chance to change poses and try out different props! (5) We got a Photobooth memory album, which allowed us to get a copy of all our guest photos printed and put into a photo album. This is such a treasure! We also got a USB stick with all the pictures :) (6) In conclusion, I recommend DJ Crashers to everyone! Saxon is great to work with, knows what he's doing, and made our night so awesome! read more

I used DJ crashers' DJ and photo booth services for my wedding and they did an amazing job! They were very professional, yet tech savvy so I could text them if I had questions or concerns. I also live in Denver, and they made it very easy for me planning my wedding from out of state. I had a choice of 3 DJs, and I was able to watch intro videos on each of them so I could choose which one catered to my wants. They had me fill out a questionnaire about what music I liked and wanted to hear. It literally covered everything from the intro song to the last song, it was easy to fill out, and it helped me plan the flow of my reception. Plus, the DJ stuck to it so I got everything I wanted. The DJ I chose was also super friendly and seemed very excited to be a part of my wedding. I got compliments from so many of my guests saying the music was tasteful, not too loud so people could still have conversations, and a wide variety of music so everyone heard something they liked. DJ Corey also didn't have a cocky or annoying DJ personality- just a nice guy and very good and keeping things flowing naturally. The photo booth was a total hit! I think almost every single guest went in at least once. People had a lot of fun with it. And the package deal for the DJ and photo booth was only $1000. Definitely the best deal on the metro Detroit area. Overall, I was very impressed by this company. They had all of my guests on the dance floor- ages 1 to 80! We looked at dozens of DJs and are SO glad we went with Saxon to DJ our wedding. He is kind, detailed, and worked extremely hard to provide us with a great experience. It's clear he loves what he does. He accommodated numerous changes to our schedule & music selections without hesitation (including a few last-minute changes), which we greatly appreciated. We received lots of compliments on the music throughout the night and Saxon was great at "reading the room" and adjusting the music to keep the party going throughout the night. He even got out on the dance floor with our guests at one point!! His mother, Christie, who helps with the Photobooth was also great to work with. At first, we weren't sure we wanted a Photobooth, but the package we chose had a great deal for the Photobooth, and we're so glad we included it! We had the pleasure of hiring DJ CRASHERS for our wedding DJ. We bought the package that included the Photo Booth too. They were fabulous! The wedding was busy and hectic - and never once did I worry about if music was playing or if the right song was played for some event. Saxon (the DJ) also took control of handling the wedding agenda. The reason this went so well was he was very well prepared. It was a tad intimidating to see his questionnaire as it was long and detailed - more items than I had figured. Yet all the details you need to define for your wedding are included. After this questionnaire is completed and you discuss it with him, you can safely rest that come that day he will handle it. They also arrived a few hours before the event to setup early and make sure all the necessary arrangements have been fulfilled. If you use DJ CRASHERS you will a great experience. read more

Saxon was an excellent DJ for our wedding! He was thorough and extremely helpful. He was flexible with our needs and was easily able to make changes and accommodate. He responded to our questions in a timely manner. Our dance floor was packed for the entire evening! Everyone had an excellent time. The DJ himself was even on the dance floor a few times. We also used their photo booth which was a huge hit. Guests loved the booth and we love having these fun memories from our wedding captured! These guys provided the DJ and Photo Booth at a wedding I was in earlier this year and I was not impressed. They were late arriving at the venue. The DJ looked like a teenager with his 'Mom' helping him to set up. Even the booth was sub par compared to the others I have seen in other weddings recently. Overall these guys just seem very green. Maybe they will get better with time, as they appear to be very young. The bride told me she got a very good deal on the combo deal but from what I saw it was not cheap enough :( The photos that we got were nice and I still have them on the fridge at home. read more

We had the photo booth, uplighting and DJ services all at a really great price. We had approximately 145 guests at the wedding which may have slowed the photo booth printing by about 10 minutes but I think that is to be expected. This was our first Mitzvah and we didn't know what to expect in entertainment for a very young teenage crowd with their parents so we really had to count of "Saxon" to get the right person in place for us.
