ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Hired Dixons Dispatch to do a delivery to a very important customer of ours. On the day the driver turned up at mid day and refused to do the delivery. His reason was that "I dont load and unload vans." He told me the boss would call me in a bit and then left. After half hour the boss called me and told me that Dixons will not be doing the delivery because none of his drivers want to do it. "Its too much work." We had booked this delivery weeks in advance, showed the director the amount of stock that would need to be delivered (as well as unloaded by hand) and made sure it was clear just how important this delivery was. We had also already been invoiced and paid for the delivery! The director was rude to me on the phone but assured me I would receive a refund. A week later and I still have not received a refund. I called to ask about the status of the refund and once again the owner was rude and told me "its in the post." Avoid this company. read more
