Dr. Buco was Charlotte and Bella's veterinarian, and he is now caring for Fiona and Hazel. Over the years, he has become so much more than just our veterinarian. He has been there for our girls through so many different moments, and we have always felt that each one of them was genuinely cared for and loved when they were in his hands.
He is kind, caring, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. Everything he is doing, or is thinking about doing, is explained to us in full detail. He makes sure we understand what is happening, why he is recommending something, and what is in the best interest of the particular girl he is caring for. We never feel like he is simply going through the motions. We know that every decision is made with her health, comfort, and well-being in mind.
What means so much to us is that Dr. Buco never makes us feel rushed. He always takes the time to listen to every question and concern we have and patiently answers every single one. No question is ever too small, and he always makes time for our "daughters."
And then there's his smile. No matter what is going on, Dr. Buco is always so warm, reassuring, and welcoming. That kindness means more than he probably realizes, especially during those visits when we may be worried or scared for one of our girls.
We will always be grateful for the care he gave Charlotte and Bella, and we are so thankful that Fiona and Hazel get to have him as their veterinarian too. Our girls are family, and knowing they are cared for by someone who treats each of them with the same love, patience, and compassion that we do gives us an incredible sense of peace.
Thank you, Dr. Buco, for caring for Charlotte, Bella, Fiona, and Hazel, and for always taking the time to explain everything, listen to us, and make sure you are doing what is best for each of our girls. Your compassion, dedication, and genuine love for your patients mean more to our family than we could ever put into words.
