A bug infestation was reported by the previous tennant, I know because he was my neighbor, and he showed me the communication and response from Real Property Management. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY and get legal advice before renting in Arkansas. There are no legal rights and this company knows it. They do NOT do what is righ, according to their webpage. Management is two sided and will treat you like trash! RUN, do not walk from this company. I had to break my lease becuase they would not fix the problem with the spiders. I paid 3 months rent I did not use to get out of this spider infested home.

They answered and said they'd get on it. I've yet to hear back and my grass is still high. It's also incredibly inconvenient to pay them the rent they're in charge of. You'll have to take deposit slips they (eventually) provide you with and drive to a specific bank to pay them every month. There are NO alternate payment options. It feels like they consider this more of a hobby than a business. Worst real estate/property management company I've ever had to deal with. Avoid them!
