My food was literally slammed down on the tray, the woman snatched my card whilst paying and it took all my might to not snap at her. She was very rude. Another time being in here, I was served by a guy who had no clue what he was doing, overcharged my card (which is a big thing because I never have any money) and refused to refund me, just offered me food. I obviously declined the offer, I had already purchased enough to feed the 5000 as it was. So he huffed, got the manager involved and I was given a full refund. When my food did come, the chips were cold and so were replaced, if I fancy a McDonald's in the future, I will stick to either Festival Park or Hanley.
