After a very long period of avoiding this emotionally taxing process we call divorce . I was referred to Judith by a friend. I was terrified of the potential cost and being taken advantage of in such a vulnerable state. Judith helped me understand the process and walked me through it, submitted my response directly to the courts. Kept me in the loop. Here experience and attention to details made me feel safe, comfortable and confident at a time when I was filled with doubt and uncertainty. Judith is professional, efficient, honest and kind. A true master of her craft. read more

A friend referred us to several mediators, and I spoke with Judith. She communicated in a calm and professional manner and clearly explained the mediation process. She was fair, patient, and helped outline the emotional considerations both parties may experience during a divorce, which made the process feel more manageable. Divorce can be emotionally and financially challenging, and like many couples, we had concerns. Judith was thoughtful, reasonable, and responsive throughout the process. She followed up consistently and kept everything on track. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an affordable, professional, and attentive mediator. read more

Thank you Judy, working with you made a really tough situation so much easier. She is calm, fair, and kept things on track without taking sides. I felt heard the whole time, and we were able to come to an agreement. Highly recommend if you want a knowledgeable professional. read more

Judy is compassionate, reliable, she listens, she's straight forward. She cares! Doing court papers is almost impossible for the average person. She knows how to do it and tell you what to do. read more

Judy Weigle is one of the most intelligent, professional, and compassionate people I have ever worked with. She interviewed me for one of her podcasts because of the way I handled the lead up to my own divorce. Her questions to me revealed her extensive knowledge of not only the divorce process but the emotional toll a divorce takes on both parties. I can't imagine working with people on a daily basis that are in a fragile state of mind or are completely and emotionally off balance. But Judy handles these cases with utmost professionalism and will not take on cases where she feels she is not the best resource for them. Judy is an excellent mediator, an extremely knowledgable paralegal, and an honest human being. read more

Do not use this woman!!!!! She is not an attorney, she says she is a Paralegal ( but she will charge you for breathing just like any attorney would). She charges you for phone calls, emails, photo copies, she will insisit in a minimum two hour minimum personal interview, she will charge you for driving and even for stamps!!!! She will make sure to get every dime she can from you and then some: She is a crook!!!! I made the mistake of hiring her to help me file a request for order. A simple Two page document and she got EVERYTHING WRONG!!!! I ended up paying her over $700 and I had to have someone else do the paperwork and serve my husband all over again!! She not only wasted my time and money but she filed my paperwork UNREDACTED. She personally prepared and filed the paperwork, but left all my sensitive information such as mine and my ex husbands social security numbers, addresses, bank accounts UNDERACTED!!! for everyone in the world to see online!!! When I called her on it she responded that It was MY RESPONSIBILITY to go over the paperwork....REALLY?? She never showed me the final paperwork. She said it was done and filed it herself!!! If I needed to do all that work myself and know all the legalities, Why did I pay her for?? She also did the serving WRONG. She served my ex husband by mailing the documentation to a PO BOX. I was informed later by two paralegals and two divorce attorneys that being that it was post divorce, the serving needed to be done IN PERSON and not by mail. One might think that someone that advertises herself to be a "divorce expert" and charges like an attorney would know the law, right? Well, she DOES NOT!!!! She also took advantage of having my credit card number and OVERCHARGED me at every instance. I kept track of phone calls and such. She would pad the bill. A two minute phone call she billed me 8 minutes. To get copies of my file, she charged me $80. Eighty dollars for photo copies!!! I was charged Hours and hours of her time for typing a simple 2 page form, and she did it ALL WRONG. So wrong she left my social security on My documents and filed the documents unreacted. She never even apologized for her mistakes but blamed it all on me....!!!!!!!. So DO NOT hire or trust this woman with your case. Go somewhere else. I wish I never trusted her with my case. She is not qualified. Old age does not mean knowledge or experience. She is horrible!!! read more

Judith is wise, compassionate, resourceful, and reasonably-priced. My ex and I attempted a "do-it-yourself" divorce but kept encountering confusing roadblocks due to our lack of legal knowledge and the court's closure during the pandemic. When Judith began helping us, our paperwork was in shambles. But she patiently and expertly got everything sorted out and guided us through the entire process. I highly recommend Judith and am so grateful for her kind and knowledgeable support during what often felt like a nightmarish process. read more

From the beginning I just thought my divorce was going to be a difficult one because of unique circumstances, but Judy made me feel so comfortable and always kept it professional, yet light hearted. Truly a blessing for me while going through a divorce. She was so helpful from beginning to end. read more

Judith and Talia at Divorce Resource helped work with me through a difficult divorce. They consistently performed reliably, and on time, even though our divorce was especially difficult for a number of reasons - my ex-wife struggles with mental illness, which can make dealing with her difficult, and the divorce was a "remote" divorce since I am now living in Texas, which can make things more complicated. Despite the added complications, Judith and Talia did a great job. A few things they could stand to improve, though: There were some unexpected costs in our divorce, due to misunderstanding at the time of purchase. There were a few additional filing costs - cost of mailing papers around, and the time it took to assemble and mail the paperwork. When I made the initial payment it wasn't clear to me that these costs weren't included in the package. Likewise, I THOUGHT that when I made the initial payment that I was paying not just for filing services, but some assistance with moderating the negotiations as my ex-wife and I came to a settlement. In fact, moderation services are an additional cost which I had not paid for. I didn't end up needing those services, but there was some confusion about this. All that having been said - it's very likely that this was communicated to me at the beginning, and I misunderstood or didn't catch it all because I was in an emotionally difficult place. And when the time came to make the extra payments, I paid them happily - because over the course of the divorce, Judy and Talia both gave generously of their extra time to answer questions and make the process easier for me. They were constantly available via email and phone to talk with me and help guide me through the process, and I know I wound up using much more of their time than I had paid for in the initial agreement - so when unexpected additional fees popped up, I didn't feel as though I was being cheated. Judy and Talia did a great job of making a scary, difficult time less scary and difficult. God willing I will never need their services again, but if I did I would call them without a second thought. read more

I really cannot say enough good things about this establishment. The entire staff is warm, comforting, and disarming, even when one is feeling extremely vulnerable. I felt as though the world was coming down around me during my divorce, but Deanie and her team were my pillar of strength. They navigated me through the legal process, helped me and my (now ex) resolve very difficult decisions like child custody, and dealt with the legal jargon, all the while protecting and nurturing me through one of the most difficult experiences I have ever been through. The team here is well-versed with the legalities of divorce, all the while being sensitive to the needs of their clients. During mediation, they are unbiased and supportive of fair resolution. They are professional, timely, knowledgeable, and organized. Definitely recommend with very high marks. read more

Very unprofessional, Judy was rude and irresponsible. She would file late and try to get me to pay for her mistakes. She did not understand what forms to file. She would call and email me often for things I did not request and then charge me for the correspondence. The end result was overcharging, unprofessional demeanor and lack of knowledge. She enjoys talking and discussing her years of experience, but at the end of the day I found her to be irresponsible, and her irrational behavior to be disturbing. read more

I cannot recommend Judy and her team highly enough. Judy navigated us through this extremely emotional and heart wrenching experience with sensitivity, empathy, respect, and the utmost professionalism. I can honestly say that at no point did I question her handling of the process or her competence. She was always at hand to help us with all our questions and concerns without additional charges. In fact, Judy's charges were extremely fair and the very few additional costs were with full disclosure and perfectly reasonable. I would have absolutely no hesitation in referring anyone who wants to minimize the pain of divorce to Judy and her team. Thank you, Judy! read more

I highly recommend Judy and Divorce Resource. After speaking with several lawyers and researching all my options, I met with Judy and knew this was the right path for our divorce. She is extremely professional, patient and organized. She walked us through every single step, making sure we both understood exactly what was happening and what to expect. Needless to say, divorce is extremely painful but Judy's warmth and kindness made the process as smooth and bearable as could be expected. Since meeting with Judy I have recommended her to several close friends - and they all were so grateful for the recommendation after meeting with her. Calling Judy (and starting Yoga) was the best decision I could have made to help me through this stage in life. read more

Judith walked me through a very difficult situation with compassion and professionalism for a reasonable price.

The whole team at Divorce Resource was an absolute pleasure to work with through a very difficult and trying time. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and helped me get through a challenging divorce, all while being extremely understanding and compassionate. Despite the unpleasant nature of why I needed their services, I couldn't have been more pleased with the services they provided. Highly recommended! read more

Judith made a difficult situation even harder. My Ex paid the fees for Judith's services, but we didn't proceed with the divorce until over a year later. Because her fees increased during that time she was very resentful. Instead of just charging the difference before proceeding, she brought up the fee difference every time she was asked to assist with anything she didn't want to be bothered with. She also informed me that the reason I felt that she was being partial to my Ex wasn't because he paid her fees but because to proceed with our divorce without me being involved, he contacted Judith several times while everything was on hold claiming that he was unable to get in contact with me. This was obviously a lie as I lived at the same address, had the same email & there were several other ties that ensured he was able to contact me. Judith's unprofessionalism reached the level of her yelling at me over the phone several times, an exact quote was "Pay me for my time" which was followed by her hanging up the phone while I was still talking. When I addressed the fact that she had yelled & hung up (Via email) she said that she wasn't yelling & blamed her loud tone on the fact that her mother has hearing problems & she stated that she only hung up because she thought I was done talking. Once the paperwork was completed I needed to make a change, she explained that she needed additional money to make the changes & that she wasn't going to charge my EX. She flat out said that she wanted ME to pay for the revisions. (SEEMED VERY PERSONAL & NOT AT ALL IMPARTIAL) When the final documents needed to be signed, I asked to meet separately as I did not want to meet face to face with my ex. (A common request in this situation) Again she tried to charge me an additional fee to come in separately. After yet another argument with this "Mediator" / "Meditation Coach" I didn't feel comfortable even meeting with her one on one and refused to do so. After a lot of angry & unprofessional correspondence we ultimately handle my docs signatures via mail. I would never recommend this company to anyone. However, if you do choose to use them I would suggest only corresponding via email. Judith's phone communication was VERY DISRESPECTFUL but she extremely careful with every word that she put in writing. read more

I just want to thank Judith for her patience and amazing diligence to help me through what felt like forever. Judith helped my ex and I figure out how to take care of the divorce (fairly simple since we had no children or spousal support) but due to some procrastination and having to change my strategy when my ex was procrastinating, then participating Judith stayed there and gave us both unbiased advice to finally bring it to conclusion. It was educational to say the least and when there were long gaps Judith made sure to touch base so the court wouldn't throw out the case. With amazing people like Judith helping with my paperwork, attorneys for simple divorces aren't necessary. Her costs were amazingly reasonable and when I needed her she spoke and met with me. Make sure you listen, read, understand and ask lots of questions.. By paying attention I received the service I needed and wanted from Judith and Divorce Resources. read more

I used Deanie Kramer's services with Divorce Resource in 2006. I did not review Deanie in the past (I was distracted with my divorce) but I am currently cleaning up old emails, and feel that I must speak up after looking through all of my correspondence with Deanie. Unfortunately, I have to say that when viewing the entire process from this global viewpoint, it is clear that the service provided by Deanie was completely useless. In a very stressful divorce, where I could have desperately used wisdom of experience, each and every written reply that I received from Deanie was either a platitude, or simply blowing me off, saying that Deanie was busy and would reply later. No such reply ever came, not once. I cannot think of another time in my life when I have had less value for (a very expensive) service. I am sorry Deanie, you are a very nice lady, but this business is simply not your forte. Louise read more

I called a few places looking for a mediation service and this one right off bat sounded the nicest. The receptionist who answered the phone was great and answered all my questions about what exactly they do and even let me speak to the person who would be the mediator for the appointment I made so I ended up going here hoping to work out a friendly mediated agreement with my partner about our child and we did just that. Judith who was the person helping us was great. It was exactly what we were looking for. With her help we worked out an agreement for both of us and by the end we had a nice formal agreement on paper of what we spoke about. She was very knowledgeable and helpful as to what to include in the agreement and was completely unbiased which was great. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for mediation services! read more

I absolutely love the service I received! Both Ms. Kramer and her assistant are extremely well versed in the sector of family law. I loved that she offered payment plans and her prices are reasonable for the amount of work she puts in. I went to We the People first and they completely screwed up my paperwork. I took it to her she was able to verify immediately what I really needed, and took it from there. It was a very painful part of my life and she made the process so much easier. I have referred numerous friends and colleages (not a great thing but she helped them all!) and they all have thanked me for sending them to her. And she is so wonderful, I received a thank you note and Starbucks card for every person I sent to her. She truly is a life saver when you are going through a rough divorce. I highly recommend her. And to the comment from Jeffrey G., I am astounded that someone would speak of her and her assistant in such a way. They were nothing but great and I can assure anyone who decides to give her a call, that you will not be sorry with the service you receive! read more

This is a company that really cares about their clients. I went in for an uncontested divorce that was being rejected by the courts. Turns out I had filed the wrong paperwork from the get-go. The first thing they did was refuse to bill me for the first meeting, racking it up to a free consultation. Then when I decided to go forward with their services, they guided me through every step of the process, which they handled entirely. They kept me informed of everything that was going down, provided me with excellent advice, and followed up with me promptly. I did not have a single worry with them. And everything went off without a hitch. I cannot recommend these guys enough. read more

I was with my husband for 35 years. After years of him struggling with alcohol. Things came grinding to a halt. I thought if I just loved him enough he would get better. Silly NOW. I called this office based on yelp reviews. Judy herself answered. I had the most productive and informative conversation regarding my case thus far! She was absolutely amazing! This is seriously a valuable resource and I will continue to seek her advice. I'm grateful to have happened to find her. read more
