I had to spend more time figuring out the invoicing then the owner did!! She would send random invoices over and over again and couldnt explain what they were for. I had to spend hours matching up invoice to payments only to realize I had overpaid by thousands of dollars. The cleaning was subpar, the company never worried about condition of maintenance or landscaping, I could go on all day..... AVOID AVOID AVOID if you are looking for a cleaning service in the Blue Ridge area. RESPONSE TO OWNER: We were with Mountain Clean Team for not even 7 months (not over 2 years!!) with our first cleaning being in Jan 2023 and we dont owe a cent!!! This is more of what we are referring to with the lack of professionalism and untruths!!

Martha Prince was a very…read morepleasant person to speak with, however she didn't always follow-up as promised (things like the contact info for their landscaper, the link for their scheduling app, and even the quote she initially gave went up $100 at one point.) I overlooked those little issues and still gave her company a chance. Big mistake! The two ladies who came to clean my home didn't wipe the countertops or the cabinet knobs/handles. My guest loaded and ran the dishwasher, and all those pots, pans, dishes, and silverware were left in there. The cleaners put used quilts back on the beds despite me providing a second clean set for both bedrooms. They didn't clean the refrigerator shelves, but walked out with the brand new full-sized bottles of ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise that I provide for my guests. (I provided a cleaning/stocking checklist that specifically stated to ensure those items were stocked in the refrigerator in addition to the need to clean all bedding between guests.) They even rehung a towel that looked clean but actually had lotion on it. When I sent photos to Martha, she thought she was texting someone else and wrote "she's complaining about two spots and a wrinkle." Then she told me to find another cleaning company. That's how much she cares. They never returned my linens despite her saying they would drop them off, and then they had the nerve to send me an invoice. I learned the hard way how unprofessional and unreliable this company is. I hope you can learn from my experience and avoid all of this.
