He broke down cost per phase in a professional and timely manner. We went with him and he worked with us each week to schedule. He did excellent work from a resigned open office to closing with French doors and an accent wall to a dry bar. All were done with extreme care and precision. He took his time to ensure it was done as asked and all the while being reasonable with pricing. He was willing to go get supplies if we did not have on hand and also ensured to give us time to know what we needed to decide (colors, backsplash, etc.) so we could made the decisions without being rushed or delaying the project. He seems to truly love and take pride in his work. I interviewed a number of contractors for our porch replacement project, and spoke with references. I have to admit I was a touch skeptical of the absolutely glowing reviews I heard from his references at first. (Were they family members? Would anyone give *my* work such glowing reviews other than my mom?) But after seeing him in action, I absolutely echo all those raves: Ryan is the gold standard. He is fantastically professional, meticulous, and detail oriented; he communicates clearly; and his pricing is on par with other contractors in the area. He says what he means and means what he says.
