Clothes, neatly folded. Vacuuming, every inch. Bathroom, could probably eat a meal off the floor. In other words, it's not a job. It's her name, a work ethic. She takes it seriously. 2. Prompt - she shows up on time. No "hey I'm running 40 minutes late" texts at the time she's supposed to be there. 3. Reasonably Priced - I hate cleaning. It takes me 5 hours to do what she does in 2. I would gladly skip a night out and come home to a completely clean apartment/house instead. The value in not having those tasks, being able to do other things is immeasurable. 4. Honest - the change underneath the cushions on the couch is in a neat little pile for me when I get home. She's got a good heart and an honest disposition. She has the keys to my place. I'm married with two young children and I trust her implicitly. She runs a tight ship and makes my life much easier. If you need a cleaning service, don't hesitate.

The owner contacted me the night before to cancel claiming familiy illness. I rescheduled with her for another Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. At 8:45 I called to see if she was on the way...no response. At 9:00 I called again...no response. She was a no call, no show. Since I had pre-paid, I left her a message to call me so that we could resolve this issue. That was on March 7th. To this day (March 18th) she STILL has not called to apologize, or make the situation right. Completly unprofessional and unreliable. There is NEVER any justification for not making a phone call. I reported her to the BBB...she wasn't truthful in her response, but even in her lie even she admitted the basic facts...she cancelled on me, then rescheduled and never showed up.

Josh is super transparent about using technology as a form of accountability and he did a great job fixing the repairs I needed done right away, constantly checking in with me to make sure that everything was up to my standards. I was hoping to use him for more work but unfortunately, the new owner was a complete dick and decided to pull the plug on Josh finishing the work, BUT, he will realize what a huge mistake he made because I do tons of projects all over the country and I've never had a contractor be so transparent and communicative with me. The buyer is brand new to the real estate/investment industry and will have to learn these lessons himself, but as far as Josh goes, he is one of the best Contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with, super honest about pricing and doesn't try to over sell for any reason, which is hard to find these days with any construction jobs because of inflation and delays and shipments etc. If you're looking for a reliable contractor that can do pretty much anything, Josh is your guy!

Our client called 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment, saying he had not arrived yet. I contacted Joshua, and he texted me back saying the text he sent me in the morning must not have gone through, and he will need to reschedule for another day. Still wanting to work with him, we asked Joshua to pick a new day and time for the next appointment. The same thing happened the second time around leaving the customer waiting, only this time he stopped responding to calls and messages. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews about businesses, but to no-show twice is not acceptable.

I now know what proper construction looks like. Very professional; any mess was cleaned up on a daily basis, workers were polite and attentive to their work...if they didn't like the look of what they had done...they did it again! They corrected previous work done by a DIY'er...for instance French doors leading to sun porch had been improperly installed...they took them out and fixed didn't have to we would never have known but they wanted it right. The work took longer than expected due to bwd weather but it has been done properly.

I paid to have an enclosed deck installed. I made the mistake of paying Mr. Hobbs in advance. He…read morestarted the deck...but then as he got busy with other jobs...it became more and more difficult to get him to come back out to my home to complete the job. There are gaps all over where the wood doesn't meet and he never installed my door so bees still have open access and are making nests in my deck. : ( I have tried calling and texting several times but he just now ignores my calls. I have pictures if anyone is interested in seeing how my deck was left unfinished. Also, he has left all of his equipment and mess in my yard for a month now and just never returned.
