They did exactly what I asked for beautifully. They were so nice and remembered me each time I came in even when it was only my second time in and 6 months apart. There was polish all around my nails. On top of the dirty salon and awful service the cost for a simple gel polish change was $40. Everywhere else it's around $25. When I questioned it they said gel polish with a manicure is $45 and without a manicure is $40. Ridiculous.

They didn't ask him if he wanted to, simply said "come here" and he went/helped because he's nice. Didn't even get a discount lol. Anyways I tried it again today like 20 minutes ago. $70 + $5 tip for a poorly executed French tip. I did have her fix the initial one but obviously she just didn't have the skill set which is something she should have said. I hate having to tell someone multiple times what to fix especially when it's their job. She felt the job was good, I obviously don't agree but I'm not going back and forth with someone over nails. I'll take the loss and not come back. Shop is nice, place is clean, the lady was nice.

Today I called earlier to book for a spa pedi with anyone. Not realizing Yenni is one highly recommended, but she only does nails not toes. I had Anna (sp) who was kind and gentle. She took her time and listened. The gentleman at the front is very nice and accommodating. He made sure I had a book to look at color options. They have 9 pedi chairs and 9 nail tables. About 7 big screen tvs to view while being pampered. Prices for the pedicures are about avg/reasonable. They were running a sale until Feb 2? About 40% off pedicures and there's more too. The spa is super clean and they did a nice job on the interior! I will definitely be back!! Great job mi nail!!

The worst nail salon I've ever set foot in. First, they…read moregreet you with "what do you want" when you walk in. No polite "hello" or basic courtesy. The staff came off rude and dismissive the entire time, like customers were an inconvenience. They're also way overpriced, but apparently that's because they offer discounts if you leave a five-star review and show it to them. I didn't do that, but it definitely explains the number of glowing reviews... They're essentially bribing customers! Don't even get me started on my nails... The nails were uneven, bulky, and sloppily painted. When I pointed it out, they brushed it off and refused to fix their own work. A week later, two of my nails fell off. I will never go back, and I strongly encourage anyone who values their nails, time, and money to avoid this place. Total Scam Artists!
