Super nice guy, and I enjoyed chatting with him. He then got my 5 kitchen knives razor sharp in less than 15 minuets. As a former chef, I have seen bad sharpening jobs in the past - taking too much metal off the blade, changing the curve, etc. - but Aaron is a real craftsman and did a fantastic job without altering the shape or balance of the blades. I see no reason to go anywhere else. A solid 5+
