I overheard two customers expressing their surprise and unhappiness. I wanted to try on a pair of pants at 8:40 PM and was told the dressing rooms closed at 8:00 PM. Totally ridiculous! I dropped the pants and immediately left! This used to be one of the best clothing stores in Lynchburg. Now I don't even shop here due to the policies as mentioned, rude employees and lack of selection. I can definitely see why they are struggling. Take your business elsewhere!

I said I'd just like to exchange a gift. She asked who had given it to me and I gave her my friend's name. She said they would not exchange without a receipt. I said I didn't have the receipt (it was a gift) and I felt it would be rude to ask for one. She said if I didn't want to ask for the receipt they wouldn't exchange- even though the transaction is in their POS register. They not only refused, they did it in an incredibly rude tone and manner as I'd barely made it inside the store and was very polite. I just turned around and walked out. I'll never go back. Buyer beware- do NOT buy a gift here!
