I came in for the "free consultation" but was handed intake forms to fill out first, which triggered me when I got to the childhood trauma questions and started crying. Dr. Brady took me in for the consultation quickly after that. Both he and Tanya were very nice, but everything seemed so rushed. Dr. Brady quickly explained that he was $50 an hour, and what I needed was Tanya's hypnotherapy, which was $150 an hour and both were tax deductable. He added that I would feel much better just with 4 sessons. I actually am feeling better alway with just one, except that we didn't discuss the sliding scale! I have no reason to argue the respondent's reviews; however I have been going therefor 3-4 years now and find the care at the high end of the healthcare spectrum. That being said, the transition to Center Well has had a few bumps, but it has gotten better. I lost (to retirement) my PCP earlier this year, but things seem to better now. Expected. The caregivers are great with little exception. Change always yields some hiccups, but things seemed to have settled down. I continue to endorse Creekside and staff for well above average healthcare, fine doctors and nurses and specialist. I never give a 5-star, because nothing is ever perfect. But I'm very happy with the care I receive from Creekside and staff! Robert
