I tried to explain this to the owner and he basically said I'm dishonest. Also this "alleged experienced electrician" when they were installing my USB outlet touched his pliers to the black and white lines and a big spark occurred and he basically fried my outlet. Then they took almost 5 hours to hang a ceiling fan. I was so disappointed that I actually decided to hang the exact same fan in another room a week later and not only did it take me 1 hour, but my fan that I installed does NOT wobble or make noise when the fan is moving.
