Le Divan is a small gay bar in a cavern style room in Cannes. It's just two doors away from Discothèque Le 7 and it's main selling point is that you can call in there for a drink first before going to Le 7 -though nearby Zanzibar is far superior. There is some cosy seating and a small dance-floor, though the music isn't particularly ideal to dance to, being a rather odd collection of tunes from reggae to classics from the musicals. Not convinced about its gay status though, I got hit on by a gaggle of seven men who tried to buy me cocktails. You're alright pal, I'll buy my own I dictated en francais! read more
