The woman who runs the shop is very very nice and she is knowledgeable about the more desirable items. However, she more or less seems to "come up"with a price and mostly way over priced. The store is barely walkable because there are just piles of stuff everywhere! Nothing is priced. I can only imagine it's a fire hazard as well as a fall hazard for people trying to get through the mess. I really like this place, I think they have a huge variety and I could spend a lot of time in the store. Some things are organized by theme, which is great, but it is a very crowded store. The one thing that bothers me is that most items in the store do not have a price. That makes me very uncomfortable because the owner can just come up with a number off the top of her head and what she's feeling like that day... I don't like that at all. I think she needs to hire some help for a few weeks maybe to have someone go around and put price tags on the items. read more

This place is 100% scam. Bought some "Nike" gym shoes, and they couldn't be any less fake. They are hard and cannot even be warn. Website states 30 days for returns. I notified within a week, they offered 10% discount, and are now saying 30% is the best they can do. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this sham of a business! i have now ordered 2 pairs of shoes, first pair was too large even though that is the size my son wears, i decided to not wait to try to get refund and just go back on the link my son provided for the first order and go ahead and order his replacement pair, but just a size smaller. this was a christmas gift. i placed my order exactly the same as the first time however, i was sent a completely different shoe. so i am not real sure how i was sold a completely different shoe than the one i had already purchased just 2 weeks before and i have reached out to support and explained the shoe we received is not the same shoe and i was given a response basically stating the order is correct and best regards. this is not okay. i have spent $300 now trying to get my son the only shoes he asked for for christmas and it does not appear the company is willing to replace the second pair of shoes, offer refund along with me returning the shoes, or give any kind of solution at all. just basically a screw you, thanks for your money. if they decide to change their mind i will update this review but for now do not and i mean do not order anything from this business!! any future customers, feel free to email me at woody1437354@yahoo.com and i will be happy to show you pictures. read more

DO NOT put your clothes on consignment with this store. They lost a brand new cocktail dress of mine and I returned to the store several times and each time was told someone would contact me about the missing dress. No one contacted me so I sent an email to the contact address on their website and big surprise NO Response!!! When you call their phone number you get a recording but no option to speak to an actual person. Customer service is horrible. I still waiting for my money or my dress back. read more

This placed was once a really nice store to shop in but unfortunately it turned into a dump resembling a space run by hoarders. Items are stacked in boxes and bags in the aisle, broken items line the floor, and it's beginning to smell (the owner tries to mask it by burning candles). The amount of items stacked on top of one another really prevents the items on consignment from being looked at. Also, items feel and look like they sit for long periods of time without being touched (some have tags from 2016, yikes). If an item doesn't have a price, the owner will look up the item and make up a price on the spot based off the first listing. The prices for things are typically too high for the condition they are in and how long it has been sitting around. Was not an enjoyable shopping experience and I would not recommend to others. read more

Lots of great items in this consignment store, but IMO they are NOT priced to SELL! Things are priced as if they're new, rather than used. It's too bad because this could be a great shop otherwise! As another reviewer said, the store is cram-packed with items. Watch where you walk, especially around the checkout desk. There's no room for consignors to drop things off, and items are overflowing into the aisles. There are many people looking whenever I've gone into this store, but not enough making purchases. I brought in 8 items for consignment, but only sold 2 of them (all were like new, excellent condition). I've had lots of experience in the past consigning with a shop in Northville, MI, and usually sold most of what I consigned. Unfortunately, not at Ditto. I still have more items to consign (due to a recent move and downsizing), but probably won't be bringing anything else here. I'd like to make use of the fact that I've paid the $10 annual consignor fee, however, it doesn't seem worth my time or trouble to bring more items if they're not priced to sell. read more

This place is Amazing, they have the best home decor' and gorgeous one of a kind furniture pieces. I love their huge selection of designer purses and jewelry. I used to love this place. It was a great resale shop and always a pleasant experience. However, the place is nothing but one huge mess now. It is now starting to resemble a hoarder's house. It appears that people who consign items can just drop their items off and leave them wherever they choose. I tripped over something twice...yikes! Anyway, I thought maybe they were short staffed and have returned two more times to see if the situation was temporary. Unfortunately, it's just getting worse. I guess it is just their way of doing business now. I won't be back. I also heard other people talking about how overstocked the place was. Too bad as it used to be a fun and pleasant place to shop. read more

Very crowed store. Consigners seem to just drop of boxes of items & they are piled up in the isle. I have consigned items a few years ago & never had a problem. However, I recently consigned some items & after 120 days went to pick up the unsold items & after searching the store for at least 1/2 hour I could not find some of the items anywhere. The woman with dark hair (not the owner) was no help. Finally when I told her I was missing some items she said maybe they were in the back & she said she would check but they weren't there. Then she said maybe the were sold, but couldn't find a record of the sale. I then wanted to collect my check for the items but since it was under $15.00 the "computer won't generate a check unless it is 15.oo or more". I ask how I can get my money & she said "sell more to get to the 15.00". I don't have any more items to sell so I guess I am out the money. She said she will look around the store & see if she sees any of my items that I couldn't find. I will be going back to talk to the owner & will not be consigning or buying from this store again. read more

It's an ok shop if your buying, but if you're consigning, beware. First, you will not end up with very much money from your treasures. There are hidden fees and they totally lack customer service. I mean totally lack it. To call them on the telephone, it seems your bothering them. My check was $4.00 short. After ten minutes of not being able to figure it out, I said, how about just giving me the $4. Absolutely not, no you have to speak to the owner. She figured out that there was a posting error. She wanted to void the check and re-issue it for less. Oh by the way, no checks are mailed. They hold them to be picked up only. Even though they charge a $10 account fee on top of the commission they collect. I ended up taking my piece back and giving them their check back. I would never do business with them again. read more
