Really disappointed with this office. We've been shuffled around from agent to agent and always get…read moredifferent answers depending who speaks with us. Also they never follow back up. You have to call back and wait weeks for anything to be answered. I'm still waiting to hear back from a March policy close out and they said it won't be completed until June. Also they always try to upsell you. You cannot call without them trying to add on life insurance even after you say not interested they keep pushing instead of assisting with your question.
