I have used the services of this company for approximately 3 years. This garbage pick up service has recently drastically taken a downward spiral for my address. Pick up was missed on 4 or 5 weeks out of 8 since New Years. I have to call when it is missed to request what day they assume to be doing what I hired them for. They often do not provide service the day they promised. Some of the excuses from the rep were "the truck is out of service for my route and the driver has the flu". I understand those issues arise in small business however it is how that business recovers from an issue that shows the customers that thy are appreciated. Too many issues of missed service causing stinky situations siting roadside with the addition to a "Dear Valued Customer" letter stating arriving yesterday stating their customers must refrain from placing any glass material in the carts/containers due to Chinas policies as our end user. On that note someone please tell me what I will do with my spaghetti jars, spice jars, and wine bottles?!!? At the end this my quarter of paid services I will no longer be an under serviced customer of theirs. :( read more

Horrible customer service. Bob MacQueen is a horrible manager who refused to end our contract. it took weeks to end their services and then they just left their dumpster on our property and continued billing us even after several emails calls and certified letters. i even asked to speak with the owner and they never called back! worst company in the world. The tl:dr version: our trash hasn't been picked up in 4 weeks, and the dumpster was supposed to be removed over the weekend, yet it is still there and still full. I have called almost daily for the past several weeks about our dumpster not being emptied. The first time it happened was back in Nov, and was told the driver quit so they were short staffed and it would be emptied that weekend. It was, so I was fine. Then it happened again, and once more in Nov. All these times it was emptied when I called, but I shouldn't have to call weekly to get the dumpster emptied. Then in Dec it happened again, and I called, but this time it was not picked up over the weekend. So I kept calling, and trying to get in touch with Bob in sales, as he is the one supposedly that I would need to speak with to close our account. It took me a week of calling daily, sometimes more than once per day, and leaving messages both with people and on voicemail, before I finally got in touch with him. (Note: my calls were NEVER returned, and I have the call logs to prove it) He apologized, said he would credit our account for a free month, and the trash would be picked up the following day. This was the Friday after Christmas. So when I came in on Monday and saw it had still not been emptied, I called Bob immediately, and he acted horrified that the dumpster hadn't been emptied, and he would personally make sure it was done that day. Jump forward to that Friday, 1/4, and we still did not have an emptied dumpster. I had been calling all week, and that day I decided I would just call repeatedly until I got things resolved. After sitting on hold for about 30 min, I was finally helped, or so I thought, by Natasha. She apologized over and over, said how unprofessional I had been treated, and that she was personally doing the paperwork while I was on the phone with her to close the account, and that the dumpster would be removed on Saturday. Well, when I came in this morning, 1/7/19, the dumpster is STILL there, and the piles of trash surrounding it are growing ever taller. I called first thing this morning, wasn't give the name of the person I spoke with, but he said that our paperwork was finalized this morning, and that it would be picked up tomorrow. I understandably do NOT believe him, and insisted it be picked up today. He told me he was unable to do that, because the route for the driver had already been planned, and that it would be tomorrow. At this point we are at their mercy until they remove the bin, because we can't get the replacement bin until this one is removed, and there is obviously no room in that bin for more trash, so it is a serious health hazard. If the bin is not removed by the time I come into the office tomorrow, 1/8/19, I will be calling the health department to see what sort of recourse there is for this sort of negligence. read more

My account is paid in full through March 31st & I wished to keep my service until March 31st then cease using their company for my garbage & recycling needs. I could not believe the company would have the audacity to send me a past due letter demanding a $50 reinstatement fee & payment for 4/1-6/30 AFTER I've already discontinued service after 3/31. My Trash is regularly not picked up. My mother who has been staying with me recorded the days it sits on the curb. Generally it's picked up every other week & not always on the same day. I am highly dissatisfied with this company. I hadn't previously realized how awful they were because my 10 yr old generally puts out the garbage & if it's not picked up, he simply put the cans back. We started with Louie's which was fantastic, until he was bought out by DisposAll. Our pick up days have been skipped over to many times to count. When you call and complain, they say it will be tomorrow, which never happens. We scheduled to have a love seat picked up over a week ago, and they never came. The young woman in the office could care less. After several years we are finally trying a new service. This company just does not care about their customers, and I wouldn't be surprised if they went out of business in the near future. read more

After being with Disposall since 2012, we began experiencing service skips and complained without stopping our payments. After 3 months of that we discontinued payments and informed them at Disposall that they were in breach of their contractual obligations and to come pick up their dumpster. We began service with Waste Management and have enjoyed good service since March 2018. The Disposall dumpster is sitting there not being serviced still and they have the nerve to send out the monthly invoice. I'm thinking a good law suit, a good action reporter interview and youtube videos will maybe get them motivated over there. read more
