I was very pleased with this company initially. They were reasonably responsive, and came out within a few days of my initial contact. I had multiple jobs that I needed done, and they were up front about the fact that the estimate might be revised since their first estimate was based only on pictures. I was fine with that - I knew what I needed removed but not exactly what would be involved, since I don't do this myself! Most of the work they did looks so nice that I didn't inspect it closely, and some of it is in parts of our property I don't go to regularly, although I can see it all from the house. Three weeks later I had to go up to that area for something else, and I literally kept tripping over all of the junk they had left behind. When I looked more closely, I realized that not everything they had agreed to demolish had actually even been demolished, despite how nice most of the work looks. I don't mind picking up a few things here and there - I know I always miss stuff when I'm working on something - but this was so bad that I had to text the number on this listing to ask them to come back out and finish the job. We have a baby due in two weeks, and I can't do it myself - and I shouldn't have to. The text I got back was apologetic, but said that I'd already gotten more than I paid for and he had quit the company over this job. There is no other way to reach them - the email link on their website is actually a link to log into their iCloud account. What I paid for was the full removal of what we agreed upon; if the job was bigger than expected I would have been happy to have a conversation about another revision of the estimate, or about changing the job, but that never happened. I was told the job was done, it wasn't, when I asked for it to be completed I was told I'd already gotten more than I paid for, and the only phone number for the company goes to a disgruntled former employee.
