I've dealt with Eva at Nonstop Travel on 2 different occasions for Bachelors Parties arranged by…read moreothers, and each time the experience was nothing but misinformation, lack of follow up, and an attitude like she was doing us a favor. The point of having a travel agent is to reduce the stress and make traveling enjoyable, but with Eva at Nonstop travel the booking is a mission itself. We booked a cancun trip with her for 20 something people.... She did not give us the correct information. Here were the issues from the cancun booking... 1. We asked for options for resorts and she gave us the bare minimum info with lots of attitude. Anytime one of us called, she was rude and gave short answers. 2. We asked if some people could upgrade. She said yes and she put us in rooms with one king bed... After complaining that we needed two beds she told us the resort does not offer any upgrades with two double beds (after we had already booked the resort and had no way out) and that we had to get the regular rooms to get two beds. She mentioned that we can get a room with a view for a few dollars more so some of us chose the upgrade. 3. We booked rooms for all guys (bachelor party) and booked rooms with two beds... When we arrived all the rooms were two small beds connected together with one headboard (forgot to mention there were no rooms with separate beds) 4. We asked to book flights with upgrades... She said not possible... We asked to book flights with different times... She said not possible... 5. I Gave her my credit card info and told her to pay for my trip in full... Instead she charged only $200 then emailed me and said I had not paid... I called her and reminded her that I asked to pay in full she told me no I only charged the deposit... Told her to charge me the difference and two days later nothing... Called her back and said there is no charge and her response was I didn't charge because the other person hasn't made full payment yet. 6. A few people had emergencies come up and the people who were booked with them ended up having to pay more. 7. We booked flights with Delta to Cancun which is international... She forgot to mention no check in luggage was included and when I found out we had to pay fot bags I called her and her response was "I fly to Cancun every year and bags are never included." Overall her job was to coordinate the trip and we were the ones who had to constantly follow up with her.... We also tried to book a trip to Colombia with her and she basically asked us why we don't book it ourselves... So we did and had no issues. ** I gave two stars because we made it to Cancun and had rooms. I can't speak for Nonstop travel as a company but I can tell you I would not recommend Eva.

For my first ever cruise, we chose the 'Quantum of the Sea' 5 days by Royal Cruises as it was a…read moremedium sized ship going to Mexico; good for people reluctant to cruise and get sea sick. It was pretty steady that I didn't really need motion sickness meds. I have been always scared to take a cruise. I am a land vacationer person. Watching the Titanic movie, that was my fear...LOL. My friend did the preparations but there were many hiccups. The app was decent to use. We flew to Long Beach airport which was the closest to the port and the earliest flight in case of delays plus lots of empty seats and no crowds. It's a smaller airport but I would rather be closer than going to LAX. It s too traffic there and unpredictable. Arriving, the entrance procedure was smooth. Make sure to bring your passport and ticket. We actually were able to get on the ship as we had a lunch reservation for our group. We had balcony rooms in the sixth floor, I would recommend anything above the seventh floor to avoid the emergency pod views. All the restaurant and activities reservations were done on the Royal app. All purchases on the ship was through the ship card given to you. No cash transactions. Every one of the staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few pool sections. The back of the ship pool was more for adults. The middle pools were more for kids. There was rock climbing, surf pools, bumper cars, pool, racket courts, a theater where price is right was done, there were a few bars for karaoke or live bands. So many activities for everyone. This trip was more for relaxation after a very hectic two weeks. I think this ship is good for all ages. We did a few activities. Departing the ship can be hectic but I would recommend to leave the room before 8am, head to the breakfast buffet and leave as late as possible so the elevators are not as crowded. We took a later flight just for this. Take a taxis then uber as it's a fixed rate. And Enjoy! [34R,2026]

I have been on 3 Carnival cruises, and I will never go back to them. They were great, but the crowd is just a no! they make you never want to go back. I'm sure you've seen the footage on the news. From the main dining room to the specialty restaurants, the staff is what makes this Cruise, a memorable one. I don't have one bad thing to say about Royal. We got the drink package which pays for itself after the fourth drink. I can't wait to take another Cruise!
