The initial pictures of the home could have been more professional (no/low lighting, grainy). Further, I never got the sense that the realtor was representing me (the seller) - I felt he was simply interested in doing the minimal amount of work to get his commission. Others involved in the transaction also expressed the same concerns. They may be good in other areas - but I would not recommend them for home sale.

Vermin has made its way into our home. We do not have a laundry room. We do not have a guest bedroom we do not have a living room. Universal property insurance through Conway and Company gets one star because they at first assured us that they would replace the water damaged parts of our home which would be the floors. The walls that grew mold in them and the cabinets that were also water damaged while I appreciate, the gutting of the downstairs, it's very depressing to go downstairs and see mice, droppings, dead roaches, and an unfinished floor and exposed wood beams. The whole experience with Universal Property experience has left a bad taste in my mouth because we believed that they would take care of us. We were told that they would take care of us, if they did not, they did not take care of us. We are a military family. I am currently active duty in the Air Force and I assumed they would make sure that our house was livable, but it is not this insurance company keeps trying to find ways not to fix our home and they went back on their word. I don't like being treated this way, and I do not recommend them at all. In fact, I recommend staying away from this insurance company because they will not help you.
