Not only was he massage VERY average (we've both had a lot better elsewhere) but the price is WAY too expensive for what you get. A normal couples massage with RMTs usually costs us about $200. This massage costs us $450!!! Not to mention that the "paraffin treatment" was literally them putting a hot bag of paraffin on our hands and feet......that's it!! Nothing else....nothing more. Aside from the extremely over-priced but VERY average massage, you weren't allowed to use their bathroom so you have to take the elevators downstairs to the hotel and use the bathroom there. And it really seemed that because we had to use the bathroom downstairs that they counted this as our massage time. Therefore we only really got a 50 minute massage instead of an hour. ALSO, this is a big one.....the lotion they use......is FREEZING!! Both my wife and I were freezing at the end of the massage and every time you start to relax during the massage they put even more FREEZING lotion on you. It's like a jolt of electricity. Very uncomfortable and it makes it for a very UN-relaxing massage. We won't be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere. Oh, and did I mention that because the spa is next door to the hotel pool, the entire spa smells like chlorine. This is definitely NOT a "resort" quality spa.

I had a massage which was fantastic and a pedicure which was so nice and relaxing. The spa is huge, maybe 6 treatment rooms and a big room for pedicures, manicures and makeup. Every person in the spa was helpful and so polite. Apparently it's been here for 11 years and nobody has Yelped it before - shame on everyone !!! Yell from the treetops this wonderful spa is here !! They use wonderful GUINOT products for facials - love the smell of those products.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. I also really appreciated the no-phone policy, which made it much easier to disconnect and truly relax. There was no construction it was really quiet. The only downside was since it was a Saturday that during the busier parts of the day, it was difficult to find an available chair or hammock. We noticed quite a few guests leaving towels on chairs to reserve them while they were away for long periods, which made it challenging for others to find a place to sit. We also had lunch at the restaurant. The food was okay though it wasn't the highlight of the visit. The drinks were good. Overall, the spa experience itself more than made up for it. If you're looking for a relaxing day trip outside the city, I would definitely recommend Vettä Nordic Spa. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to our next visit.

I had a hip replacement and I had booked her for my first appointment three days after the surgery. She carefully assessed me and designed a personal program to meet my needs. Sarah listened to what I had for goals and with her knowledge designed my first week of exercises to start me on that path. I had two more appointments with her and each time she re-assessed my progress and was able to personalize the exercises for me to get complete results. I have been to many physiotherapists over the years and Sarah is by far the very best. On my first check-up with my surgeon, he was ecstatic with my progress and wanted to know what I had done in the first four weeks of rehab. He too felt that I had excellent home physiotherapy in order to progress to such a degree so quickly. I will need my other hip replaced and Sarah already knows that she will be my first phone call as soon as I have a date for the surgery.
