The other two shops told me they couldn't fix my vape, and barely even looked at it before saying so. The two young men working tonight at The Vapor Shop immediately wanted to work on my "broken" vape, even though they had never seen one like it. Needless to say, had they not been able to fix it, I would have bought from this shop strictly because they wanted to at least try to fix the one I had. However, they were able to fix the vape, and sent me on my way. I just want to say "thank you" again. I did look at their products, and prices were very reasonable and they had some juice on special that was well below normal prices. If you live in the area, this shop deserves your continued business. Thank you, again!

My very first visit here I was new to the whole vaping world and I had a lot of questions, and they did not disappoint, gave me the pros and cons of different items. There are so many different options and choices and these guys pointed me in the right direction. The prices seem pretty fair, although I actually never shopped anywhere else. I know every time I go in the store. These guys are going to greet me with a smile. Give me good suggestions and let me know if there's any specials going on

I didn't find exactly what I wanted, but it meant so much they tried to cater to different personalities/people. While their prices can be on the high end with some products, they also have great bargains on other items. During my hunt for a book there was a lovely lady with a tray filled with mini Starbucks samples. What a wonderful way to end my day!

The checkout gal, Mango, was way more interested in her phone than trying to help us locate the item. When we checked out after finding the item (with the wonderful help from another employee in a different area) we were fortunate enough to go through Mango's line again. She was apologetic when she realized who was at her register. Unfortunately she, again, was more interested in her phone instead of making sure my rewards card, coupon, and voucher were scanning and applied correctly. Extremely poor customer service,
