Well I lifted but not happy I was still in a raving pissed off mode.. We were on a road trip a few weeks ago and had a tire issue. We initially went to Costco and they were out of the tires we needed but they were kind enough to call around and directed us to Discount Tires. This place is excellent. I drove all the way from Klamath Falls for a seasonal changeover, I had booked a 10:45 appointment and from check-in to check-out probably took all of 25 minutes. Of course I bought tires and wheels from Tire Rack, had them install and balance it, and shipped to this Discount Tire. Customer service is top notch, the gentlemen looked like they knew what they were doing (even prim and proper looking almost as if it was a dealership and not a repair shop), and the lobby is as clean as can be. I needed a matched set of 'difficult to find' tires for my BMW. The Discount Tires cost was several hundred bucks less than the local competition. The special order was delivered to the store in a few days. The appointment scheduling was accommodating and the work was done exactly on time. Post installation the car indicated an unusual problem with the on-board tire pressure monitoring system (typical BMW!). I returned the next day, the salesman Bradey found the obscure reset procedure and remedied the problem. The tire technicians were extremely professional and very hard working. LS treated my mom outrageously at a time when she was really vulnerable, and I'm proud of her for not letting them stick her with a whole new set of unnecessary tires. When she got it together to call Discount Tires I was really touched with how patiently Luke listened to her whole saga and assured her they would take care of her and honor the warranty for the original tire that leaked. Hours later we arrived and this time, Jeremi listened to my mom, with a clear intention to understand her and make it right. I call in advance to see if they have the tires I wanted since I had to drive 90 miles to the Medford store. The technician said they would have to get the tires from the local distributor but could get me in the same day. I arrived at the time of my appointment the assistant manager met me at the door and offered me a mask since I forgot mine at home. I've purchased 3 sets of tires from this company online prior to them coming to Medford. I was impressed with their available products and great price point. Today I called when they opened @ 8am and spoke to an Eli. First & foremost i must acknowledge Eli's commitment to customer service. What I mean by that is he answered the phone, spoke slowly & coherently which to me set up the interactions with me. All too often when I've called businesses, the person answering usually speaks quickly as of on a rush & that is the kind of person i tend to avoid. I know this from personal experience working retail and customers want a knowledgeable rep that isn't a rush as rushing lens itself to mistakes. Eli gave me the best pricing on tire balancing-FREE! As of this writing DTD offered me free tire balancing & offered to rotate them at no cost to me!? Eli further went on to say if I wanted to come in now, they'd get me in and out quickly. Needless to say I was down there lickity split! When I arrived, u were again greeted by Eli and he answered so my questions to include pricing and availability on a set of tires I'll be replacing on my wife's car. I'll definetly be back. I like supporting our local businesses, such as Les Schwab Tires, but they simply can't compete with the service offered by DTD. I have a nephew that works at LST and he suggested to me to go elsewhere when it came to tires and batteries as their prices are on the high end.
