They do not have any one to respond to problems if doesn't occur during business hours. We are on our 2nd lift since 2022. That lift was abruptly removed from being able to repair. And here we sit unable to use the new lift, it's a shame we didn't have this happen before 4:00pm. The website says 430pm but they pretty much left early. We are dependent on them to have functioning equipment. Now my vehicle is down for 3 days and no way to resolve the issues. They need someone to provide on-call services after they close. Today I attempted to order some suspension parts through this store as they are a retailer for HellWig which has a part I'm looking to be able to purchase locally. The employee on the phone seemed confused from the beginning, put me on a hold after i gave him a part number and successfully found the part in their system. I then asked what brand sway bar end links they could order in to go along with that since i was already ordering from them and the employee began to tell me he doesn't even know what a sway bar end link is or what i'm talking about and that they are not a parts store, they just sell lifts. My previous experience to this one; I had stopped in to have my bed cover looked at as it was binding slightly and they "specialize" in bed covers. They dismissed me from the beginning and basically told me to just buy a new one from them. My only successful experience here was purchasing running boards a few years back. 1 good experience out of 3 is quite poor.
