To Whom It May Concern:…read more During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Chuck's Beds miraculously worked with their Manufacturer to secure the Restonic Indigo king size bed I needed:  yes, needed. My medical team says I must now sleep on my side, as a lifelong back sleeper this is not an easy alteration. The mattress I had was not at all comfortable for side sleeping (my hip flexors would ache and legs fell asleep in 20-30 minutes), therefore I NEEDED a new mattress that I could sleep on my side in comfortably.  For me, that was the Restonic Indigo.  I cannot thank Chuck's Beds enough for taking the time to help me find the perfect mattress for me!  I'll be confident sending my friends and family in need of a mattress to Chuck's Beds, so they'll be sure to get the perfect mattress for them, at a fair price with swift delivery and set-up! For the first time in over 45 days, I slept through the night:  thanks to the excellent  information, guidance, and customer service at Chuck's Beds!   Sincerely, Deanne Seelye Ekron, KY Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone

Shop local! I…read morepurchased a mattress here 2 years ago and it was a pretty big financial purchase for me. I wanted to do it right. There are zillions of mattress store options out there, both in person and online. Where to begin? So I began by trying to seek out a locally owned and operated store. That's how I found this place. I ended up being helped by the store's owner; I wish I could remember his name. He was patient with me and not pushy. I already knew I wanted memory foam so he let me take my time trying out different kinds (yes, when mattress shopping you have to actually lie down onto mock beds in the store. So embarrassing). When I picked one (can't remember the model but it is cream-colored with green stitching of images of bamboo), the guy encouraged me to buy a mattress cover for it. I hadn't been planning on buying of those; was he trying to upsell me something I didn't need? He calmly explained what the mattress cover does (keeps moisture, dust, tiny bugs, etc. off your mattress) and showed me a sample of the fabric stretched over top a glass of water. He tipped the glass upside down and the fabric stayed sealed, not a drop spilled. So I bought the mattress cover for an extra $50 approximately, and now years later I'm very glad I did. Now how to get the mattress to my 2nd floor apartment in a different part of town? The guy (sorry again that I can't remember his name) offered to deliver it personally in his own truck for an extra 40 or so bucks in cash. Deal! He came to my place the very next day and helped me to set it up, and kudos for him for managing to make that situation as professional and comfortable as possible (strange man in my bedroom is generally a big no-no). The goal with a mattress is that you won't need to buy another one for many years, but if I ever have a friend who is looking I will send them straight to Louisville Mattress.

The 2 Amish furniture stores near Cincy could not help us. E-town went the extra mile to locate and order exactly what we wanted. When we arrived to pick it up, the gentleman owner was friendly, courteous, and went the extra mile to help us load and secure it for the ride home. When checking out, he took the time to talk with us as people, not just customers. There are a variety of items on display in the store and the number of items you can order from catalogs is seemingly endless. He works with several different Amish manufacturers, and can even custom order pieces to suit your needs. The furniture is well, built of solid wood with durable hinges and hardware. This furniture is reasonably priced and of quality that should last a lifetime! Definitely worth the trip to E-town!

Savvy Home Supply recently completed a kitchen and bathroom remodel project in my old Victorian in…read morethe Highlands, and I am thrilled with the results. Savvy's owner, Jon, worked diligently to incorporate the appliances, cabinetry, finishes and lighting fixtures selected by my wife into our budget. Because of the age of the house, extensive leveling was required to turn the "skateboard park" floor into a more usable surface. The Savvy crew worked cleanly and professionally to turn a worn out kitchen with an attached large bathroom into a bright, white modern kitchen with a walk-in pantry and a hidden powder room. I highly recommend Savvy Home Supply. The process was easy and the Savvy people were very professional, from setting the price, developing the layout and design, installing our new rooms from the bare studs, right up to final turnover. My wife cannot believe how Savvy managed to meet her expectations, on-time and under budget.
