I was constantly told that I was signing docs and the refinance was closing week after week. I had to be the one to follow up for a status update weekly only to be told "I will check with the lender." repeatedly. No apologies, nothing. At one point, ICC and the lender got into a heated email exchange with me CC'd. How's that for unprofessional? I am not one to ever leave reviews but this was necessary. STAY AWAY. Too many quality lenders out there. PS. There is plenty more to say about this company and how poor the performance was.
