Barefoot Garage checked the shop door, made some adjustments, and greased it top to bottom at no additional charge. (Barefoot did not install either door originally) This weekend my shop garage door would not close so I called Barefoot Garage to come take a look at it. They showed up as promised and made a few adjustments to the door and had it working perfectly in no time. When I asked what I owed I was told Merry Christmas! That is not only great customer service but true kindness and customer appreciation.

This company was dispatched by AHS (which by the way is a total waste of money). The technician,…read moreTrey, told me one thing - "I've just got to submit my report to AHS for approval and I'll be back." and after not hearing back for a few weeks I called AHS. The service call had been closed. AHS was told by the technician, TREY, that he forgot to submit the claim which is why I had not heard anything. So now that they spoke to Trey, the summary is that the whole system needs to be replaced, which is NOT what I was told when Trey was standing in my garage. I repeat his name because i just got off the phone him. He's claiming he knows nothing about this service call because he's "just a dispatcher" and not a technician. Tried transferring me to the ghost technician who was going to explain the diagnosis to me. When I called him out on it, he denied being the person on a ladder in my garage, telling me it was something wrong with the motor. Which IS covered by AHS. DO NOT USE TDH. Ever. Just buy a new system on your own before you let these people set foot on your property. Don't be fooled by the positive fake reviews. *NOTE: If anyone has dealt with Trey, they'll know he has a very distinct voice. So distinct I almost commented on it when he was working on the opener. And to say on the phone "that wasn't me"... shot yourself in the foot with that comment sir.

He assessed the matter and assured us he could complete the repair. He was knowledgeable, but more importantly ....a total professional in every aspect. When he saw that my wife and I wore our masks, he quickly secured his mask as well. He provided us with a list of what was needed, and two estimates for us to make the choice as to what route we wanted to take. If asked how I would rate the quality of service this gentleman performed, along with his attitude; I would compare it to the service I always get and boast about to everyone ...that is the courtesy ...always displayed when you go to all Chic-Fil-A establishments, which is the highest compliment, I believe, can be given for the service we received! Please let Ryan know that we so appreciated his outstanding demeanor ... and outstanding workmanship.
