You might get lucky and have one rental go smoothly, but as soon as there is any kind of problem, you discover that practically nothing works. Their website doesn't function properly, customer service is almost impossible to reach, and I've sent multiple emails without receiving any meaningful response. In my most recent experience, I was charged a fuel deposit and was told that the money would be refunded after returning the car with a full tank. I returned the car with a full tank, but the money was never refunded. Trying to get this resolved has been incredibly frustrating because nobody seems to respond or take responsibility. Even the rental contract they sent me by email was useless: the PDF contained blank pages, so I couldn't even read my own contract. And this is only one of many smaller problems I experienced -- there are honestly too many to list. Some individual employees may genuinely try to help, and I don't blame every member of staff. The problem seems to be the company and the way it is organized. Their systems, communication and customer support simply do not work when you actually need them. Renting a car is easy when nothing goes wrong. The real test of a company is what happens when there is a problem. In my experience, with Record Go you are basically left on your own. After several rentals, I will not use Record Go again. I absolutely cannot recommend them.

We spent an hour hunting through primarily nothing special but left with an adorable children's book. Not before discussing the owner's grandchildren and the sad state of American politics. All the while, our friend is coughing and my husband was convinced he will likely die one day amongst the shelves and the lady shop owners nearby will play not iT for who calls the authorities.
