I have been looking for a church to call home for a very long time, and sadly, each place I try out only proves to be more wicked than the last. I received what appeared to be kind emails from this pastor, so I decided to check out this church during one of their Monday night prayer meetings and study groups.
As soon as I walked into the room, I could feel a vibe that wasn't right. But, me being foolishly optimistic, I stuck around and gave these people the benefit of the doubt. However, no matter how hard I tried to ignore it, the longer I stayed, the darker the aura I could see over this gathering. This made me so uncomfortable, that I ended up stammering my speech when it came time to meet the leaders of the church. As usual, my intuition proved to be right on the mark.
This church professes to follow the Bible to the letter, and yet they have clearly missed the whole point of Jesus Christ and His message. They profess to be "pro-life," yet they are sadistic ammosexuals who believe that God created animals to be abused, murdered, and discarded. This church is the very definition of the word "cult," and Eli Johnson is their leader.
This idea that Jesus would have advocated guns is just absurd, and proves that Christians are usually the last ones to know anything about Christ. Jesus was a pacifist. I don't know what these preachers are being taught in seminary, but they're certainly not being taught Biblical truth. This church also refers to their leaders as "elders," which is a joke, since these elders don't know the first thing about the Word of God. read more
