The team was professional, clean, and very quick, and they treated my home with care and respect. Everything was hauled away efficiently, and they left the space spotless. This time they have been extremely slow. here it is 4 almost 5 months later and we are still without a kitchen! The contractor that they hired to do the drywall and flooring ended up putting a lean on our house in order to get them to pay. We called them to get an update and the lady that is managing our house is "out on vacation" and apparently did not leave notes for anyone else to know what was going on. This has been the most unprofessional experience. Then later that day they called and said "your cabinets are in". The franchisee owner brought Home Depot unfinished cabinets to replace our custom cabinets, they still had the packaging on them. When questioned they tried to tell me that my old cabinets came from home depot when I had a local cabinet maker make them 5 years ago. Further they billed my insurance for "quality custom cabinets" when she came back from vacation she promised that they would get the cabinets ordered, even gave me the contact information for the company making them. They finally gave me a date that they would be installed to then a week later call me and say that they have to push it back a week because they forgot to pay the cabinet company so they have not started making them.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING TOBIN: 1 star isn't low…read moreenough. My elderly parents had a small area of their basement that had water come in. This might have been a 4x4 area at MOST. Myself, and my 85 year old father pulled the carpet, removed the carpet pad, and moved one piece of furniture. We had two fans ourselves (one being industrial) that we put in the area, and then called Tobin. They came and supplied a dehumidifier and a couple of fans. Tobin stated that it would be around 900 dollars. Which seemed reasonable because we handled most of the hard items. The following week, the dollar amount was paid in full, and the fans were removed. My father then received a phone call stating that what was just part of the amount. They wanted $2200.00 more! They stated they have two separate departments. One that tears down and one that puts it back together. This is not agreed upon verbally. Then claiming there are two separate departments when this was NOT communicated upon arrival at the house. Their invoicing practice is fraudulent and dishonest. I will NEVER use them again for any business. I recommend ANYONE ELSE in Idaho Falls. Don't bother having the owner respond to this review. Update: Tobin's owner visited homeowner and reduced the bill.

It was caused by the water table rising in the spring in our crawl space. We had some bumps in the road but because of the way those bumps were handled and fixed I would not hesitate in using ServPro again and highly recommending them to anyone needing mitigation and rebuilding. Justin, Mitch and Vincent did everything needed to fix the logistic problems and fix our cabin so it could be healthy and safe again. Vincint came up with the best plan out of any of the companies we had looked at for our cabin. Mitch took time out of his vacation with his family to inspect our cabin and ensure that the work we had planned was the right path to take. Justin was absolutely amazing, once he was given the project it was smooth sailing. Justin gave us updates regularly and questions answered promptly. The scope of our project plan made by Vincint included the following - in our crawl space two French drains and two sump pumps/lift stations were put in. To ensure we didn't end up with a small pool of water outside the cabin Justin came up with a plan to put in a 30-foot long 5-foot-deep French drain outside to drain the water from the pumps. They sealed the living space from the crawl space to minimize the humidity in the living area. A new structural beam was put in and, in the process, Justin saved us a substantial amount of money by measuring and inspecting the concrete footing that was already there and then having the existing footing ok'd by the engineer. The outside and inside of the cabin look great. The only indication that a 5-foot-deep trench was dug is the lack of vegetation. Inside the cabin there is absolutely no indication that dirt was wheelbarrowed out of the crawl space or equipment moved through the cabin. We're so extremely happy with how everything turned out!!!
