Called Shipley at 5 pm and Service Manager Tom fit us in the very next morning at 7:30 a.m! We went down in the crawl space after some quick diagnostics and Tom found a junction box in the ceiling of the Crawl that had 3 yellow electrical lines coming into it. He took the wire nuts off the ground, positive and negative wires and found that one of the 3 ground wires over the last 20 years had pulled back slightly. He re-connected and went back up to the main fuse panel and kitchen to make sure all was well. I was so impressed he was able to diagnose and resolve this issue so quickly - I NEVER would have found the root cause of this problem. Shipley has worked on several new fixtures and electrical improvements in our home and we find them to be extremely efficient, very responsive and very reasonable. We highly recommend Shipley Electric.
