If I could give the zero stars, I would. Do you not go…read morehere! I informed the owner that I was going to be leaving this review because the experience I had was absolutely terrible. For starters, I went in with nine pieces and when I walked in, I told him that I had a lot of items and if that would be a problem and he said no, try them on. I even showed him some of the items before I tried anything on and he said no problem. As I tried my items on, he pinned everything and he knew how many items I was going to need altered. I asked him how much some of the items would be and he would not give me a price he said just we'll see when you're done, which wasn't a big deal. After all the items were pinned and on the table, he started going through them and writing down the prices for each item. I had some items that I did need before I started work and then I also had some event items that I told him I didn't need until a later date. I grabbed the items that I needed within a few weeks and asked him if I could do those first and then the dresses I could come back and get at whatever date (there was no rush for those). He then FLIPS OUT after I ask this and starts taking the pins out of all of my items and says "No no no I am not going to do this. This doesn't feel right and I don't want your business". I honestly thought he was joking around with me because as he was pinning me, he was joking around, so I was very confused. He continues to say he doesn't want my business and I need to take my stuff and I was telling him I am trying to give him my business and I will pay for the item so I'm confused why he's talking to me this way. He continues to just freak out and say I need to help him take the pins out of my items because I'm not taking them with me. I was seriously in shock and I still am. I spent over an hour and a half in there getting things pinned for alteration and wasting all of that time for what reason I honestly don't know why. I was willing to pay for the items so I have zero clue why he acted that way. I even asked him to explain to me why he was making me take my things because I was confused why he was upset and he wouldn't say anything at all. I don't know what his issue was but it was so unprofessional and just absolute disgusting behavior and a waste of time. What's crazy is that my sister-in-law goes to that alteration place and they've allowed her to pay half and pay for the rest when they get the items so I don't know if me needing only a certain amount of the items was an issue for him, but clearly payment or paying half is not an issue because he lets other people do it. I have zero clue why he was so mad, but it was very unprofessional and I would HIGHLY recommend to not go there.
