This is the former Tri-State Flea Market. The former owners wouldn't repair the roof or any of the…read morebasic upkeep required in maintaining an old building. The new owners have completely revamped the inside and outside. They added another entry/exit with wheelchair ramp. The light fixtures all have bulbs now, you can see where you are walking. There is a new AC unit. The area where the really bad water damaged/moldy books were is now gone, cleaned up, and has some pretty items in its place. The Lighthouse Thrift Store is now located at the new entry. They have nicer looking items than when they were at the old location, but their prices are higher now. Now, with the improvements, there are lots of customers visiting the flea market. This should really improve the percentage of sales for the vendors.

This is a family owned (four generations) business which has been in the same location over 25…read moreyears. Before they took over this building it was a Big K department store. At any given time a member of the family will greet you as you enter the door. This part flea market part antique mall can be a bit more of a pain in the butt to navigate than it's worth. The antiques are generally out in the open to be gotten to easily or inside glass cases. The flea market aspect is more scattered, piled, dumped, clumped and spattered throughout the aisles. The severely neglected and leaking roof turns a casual day of strolling and picking into a day of bobbing and weaving to avoid leaks and pots or other catch basins strewn throughout the walking areas. The last time I visited I wasn't aware the roof was so bad. I walked out into an aisle and felt as if I had been shot with a BB gun. The water drop that had hit me was so big and cold it stung my chest when it landed. There is just about anything a collector could want such as costume jewelry, small caliber ammunition, tons of glass, very old work tools, clothing, toys and vinyl records. The records area is rather misleading as most of the selection is album covers only, no records. A majority of the items are overpriced but do have lots of discounted prices with marks through the prices and 50-90% off scrawled across the tags. It is very difficult for a true 'dickerer' to fight for lower prices or try for a 'throw something else in to sweeten the deal' because most of the vendors are not onsite during the week. You are just to take the item to the people up front and pay tag prices. To Each Their Own.

It is located next to the New China Buffet, and a majority of the people in the Dollar Tree tonight were just at the restaurant. There were several aisles dedicated to children's toys and party decorations. I saw at least 4 aisles of dishes and even glass Mason jars with handles. There is a large variety of toys, from plastic Army men to insect collecting kits to dolls. Their greeting card selection was larger than what I've seen at Wal-Mart and other larger chain stores. There are also foodstuffs, in the canned food form, candies, breads and buns, frozen foods, chips and sodas. There were whole garlic cloves in jars of brine, I've not seen that in any grocery stores. I have no doubt I will return, not for anything in particular, if not to just "look around".

You can never get anyone to unlock the makeup products to purchase, no help in the garden center, or in the hunting section. They are plentiful in workers when it comes to shopping online for you but when asked to help point you in the right direction they never can. If you go to this Walmart to get things you will always leave without what you wanted or something different just to keep from stopping at another store. All other Walmarts puts this one to shame. It has been this way for three years. It needs new staff and management asap. I will drive an hour out of my way to go to a different location.

At the time I wore an 8 and they gave me one 8 and one 6. How do you mix up a shoe size or even the correct foot? Very lousy service I was not satisfied with it.
