I contacted him and we set a date unfortunately, Milton the hurricane interrupted us, so we had to postpone one week. However, they showed up on the date and time expected and completed the job in less time than originally thought necessary. I want to mention one of the workers Isadora, the only young woman on the crew she was their translator and very sweet the rest of the crew did not speak English but, their work spoke for them. If I had to do another remodel I would choose Nexus and Leon. I do believe Isadora deserves a little bit of a raise for being there translator, but that's just me LOL.

With 3 dogs at home (one is a puppy that is potty training), our floors really needed a deep cleaning and that's exactly what we got. The price this second time with all the extras was higher than I thought it was going to be, but It was my husband that agreed to all the bells and whistles and paid for it. The house still smells great 3 days later. I'll definitely use them again when the puppy is done with potty training. Update: most of the carpet stains came back up within a week and the puppy hasn't been here, so I know they aren't new stains. I feel the regular carpet clean yielded the same result and was 100s of dollars cheaper. Dropping one star.
