My first experience with Ward Family Dentistry was Kim, the receptionist. She was compassionate and understanding. It was evident that she really wanted to be helpful. Every time I've seen her since, she continues to be helpful, thoughtful, and empathetic. Dr. Ward explains everything he's doing and takes time to answer questions with every visit. He treats his staff with respect. I appreciate that I've had the same sweet lady as my hygienist at every single visit. I have no regrets switching to Ward Family Dentistry for my dental care needs.

He worked very closely with my orthodontist after my first dentist screwed up my teeth and helped facilitate my jaw surgery. I can't even count the number of fillings I've had (10+), so I know sedation. I never have issues with pain during the procedure and they make sure you're very comfortable- back massagers, and noise canceling headphone with music! Lastly I must mention the extra care, I have a Marilyn bridge and it fell out while eating some 10 years after I got it, and he met me on a Saturday morning to fix it! Please don't ever retire Dr. Chandler!
