I was a loyal Directv customer for 15 years. Then...here comes AT&T, a questionable organization, wanting to charge for service visits and the man upstairs forbid that they comp you a premium package to accommodate their customer for the lack of Time Warner Sports Net and the Dodgers like the original DTV would. Then after much complaints on my part...they shut me down telling me I owe $10,000 for an illegal connection at a business location. WT@. After they figured out...duh...wrong guy..everything's OK now. Yeah right. Got Frontier it's OK still dial up the old DTV channels but I'll survive...customers survive. CRAP COMPANIES DON'T! I have been a Directv customer for approximately 5 years now. Unfortunately after Directv merged with AT&T services have gone down hill. First, when you have a question or problem and you want to speak to a company representative you will literally sit on hold for a half hour. "I mean heaven forbid I want to speak to the company which I pay 200 dollars a month." I understand there's probably a lot of callers but that just means they have a lot of customers which in turn means a lot of revenue....so hire more help guys. Secondly, and more recently the special features like on demand, movies, and trailer viewing features don't even work. It's not like they work most of the time with a couple of hiccups from time to time. Those features which I pay for never ever work. This company was great heck even awesome when I first signed up. Now just four years later the company is probably one of the worst I have to deal with. Finally, did I mention I pay this company almost 200 dollars a month. Let's be honest Directv is not the cheapest service out there and yet the level service just does not meet the price. I thought your supposed to get what you pay for.
