Had a face to face meeting about a cruise in March of 2027 with Stacey Renfrow. It was on a Tuesday, she promised me an email to put it writing what we discussed, 8 days later no email. She even came recommended by Tim Davis. Mr. Davis needs to find someone else to refer customers to. Stacey is the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with. Really awful. Honestly the worst travel agency experience we have had so far. The flight prices provided are an additional +$150 per ticket vs. booking yourself. The office is entirely unresponsive, and they respond by email with long delays and tell you they can't make time to talk to you on the phone...incredibly unprofessional. It's very clear that you are not a priority and they don't give you the time of day, which is very odd given they work on commission. Never ever using Direct Travel again, you're better off booking travel packages with any other agency or yourself. read more

Horrible travel service!!! Sandy Polley is never in the office, doesn't return phone calls, when she does communicate it's through emails and the information is always different. Janice was the only sounding voice in group sales. If it weren't for here I wouldn't have given them any stars. Very disappointing. read more

I called yesterday morning and talked in length with someone about a family cruise. We had a 20 minute conversation and she answered all the questions I could think of at the time. She said she would get me several options to consider and that I would have them emailed to me the next morning sometime. They are now closed for the day and I have yet to receive any information. I think I may try somebody else as this would have been our first cruise and we were already nervous about the whole thing and wanted to make sure everything would be taken care of as much as possible. read more
