I preformed a quick test with her in the drive way prior and it seemed fine. The next morning we left early for the airport and upon wheeling into the terminal the front left tire started vibrating. I slowed and it started again. I mentioned it to the Delta Airlines agent and she attempted to fix the issue but to little surprise, wasn't able and went out of her way and offered us a wheelchair as we were just going to be back that night. Upon returning, I mentioned to the clerk and I asked for a refund. She refused and I even offered to push her but she insisted on pushing me, a whole 145 pounds. The chair wheel started to slightly vibrate but not as terrible as when my mother was in it but she refused to acknowledge it. I pointed out the wheel and she slowed and told me to put my head up and completely ignored the situation. She continued to refuse my refund. She insisted it was a brand new chair. Horrible customer service and I hope they fix that chair before somebody else rents it and has a terrible experience!

There was no support service after the sale and after 2.5 years it finally gave up the ghost and any call for service took a minimum of 4 weeks to accomplish only to have the same system failure again and again. NOW THE GOOD NEWS.. There is a locally owned and operated store that is EXCEPTIONAL. I used them for the first time a year ago to install a lift for my power wheelchair and they were very helpful, knowledgeable and on time with the services. The device has worked Perfectly since being installed. The team at the store will take time to look it over each time we come in to make sure all is well...who gives that kind of service nowadays. Thanks Omar (master installer) I remembered they had a huge display of power lift recliners so i figured I would give them a try. I called the floor sales manager Randy and let him no i would be coming by and would like to discuss a new chair and i was living with a nonfunctional chain and relegated to my bedroom most of the time. When I arrived, Randy had selected a couple of manufacturer products to look at and try. I asked about other chair options, and he said he selected specific chairs for my size and my medical needs. We greed on the purchase and he guaranteed me i would have it by the end of the following week. There was a mix up with the shipping of the chair from the manufacturer BUT the Team at Florida Mobility KEPT THEIR WORD. On the delivery date I was not sure I would see the delivery happen. I have been to this location twice in trying to decide what scooter to purchase for my elderly…read moremother. Both times I had excellent and very patient assistance from James (Jim) and Allen. My mother was able to try out the scooter we were considering and James helped me learn how to take it apart and put it back together again. I found the pricing at Florida Mobility better than many places and I like that the scooter can be serviced here by Allen, who really knows what he's doing. We did ultimately buy the Pride Elite Traveler 4 wheeled scooter, from them, along with their batteries for life plan. I would definitely recommend buying from this company but I would also recommend that if you don't purchase your product on the day they quote you, get a written quote so you won't have a problem later.
