Absolutely 5-star service from Aggressive Appliances. Cesar and Andres installed our new gas…read morecooktop today, and they were fantastic from start to finish. The opening needed a small amount of granite cutting, and they carefully tarped and taped off the area to keep dust to a minimum. They cleaned everything thoroughly afterward, connected and tested the natural gas, hauled away the old cooktop, and completed the entire job quickly and efficiently. They were also incredibly friendly and took the time to explain all of the new features and show me how everything works. The installation looks great, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. We also had our refrigerator and dishwasher installed last week by another Aggressive Appliances team. I unfortunately did not catch their names, but they were just as wonderful. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and did an excellent job. Overall, we have been incredibly happy with every part of the experience. Cesar, Andres, and the entire installation team did a fabulous job, and I would highly recommend Aggressive Appliances!

WOW. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. AM…read moreCalled Joe 8:30am, explained how fridge was not working even though freezer was. He asked model and let me know that he had parts on hand for it and would get it running today, even if they had to order parts. Informed me of his service call fee and said he could come by TODAY. Joe was very respectful and worked with me on the service call time as I had to leave the house and wouldn't be back til the pm. PM Get a call, as promised, that they were on the way. They come in and both are respectful, in as much as not taking the shortcut through carpeted dining room just so they don't dirty it. Not even 5 minutes and the problem was diagnosed and in the following 5 minutes FIXED! (door level issue on side-by-side model that makes fridge think it's still open even if closed) Mind you, my biggest fear was not the repair cost, but being told I needed a new fridge (the old boy is probably 15 years old). So I was THRILLED to know that the only cost involved was the service fee. They didn't try to hoodwink me or give complicated explanations and try to milk the situation for more money. I received an honest assessment and honest repair and even recommendations for when we are ready for a new fridge. The honesty, respect for my time, knowledge, and yes, the repair, was worth the cost of a service fee.

This medical supply company for some reason is not contracted with DisneyWorld which I think is a…read moreshame as I was highly satisfied. My ten year old daughter has Down Syndrome and Scoliosis. She is too tall for typical strollers and when she does walk is very slow, not to mention she will tire easily. We no longer have a stroller that fits her and she is not comfortable in a wheelchair. We had rented a regular stroller the last time we went to Disney and it was definitely worth it. But again, we needed a special needs size for a four foot tall 78 pound girl. Fortunately Orlando Medical Supply had them listed online. They have a decent selection of strollers- we happened to choose the Special Tomato Push Chair which was very clean, and worked perfectly for our needs. I was able to order everything online including filling out the rental agreements and the company called me to verify when I missed checking a box. Their customer service is very pleasant, they respond very quickly to emails as well. They deliver the unit to a resort if you are staying, so we had our stroller delivered to Fort Wilderness. The company texted the day before to verify the time we scheduled the pickup. I adjusted it back an hour as we had to add an extra hour as we seemed to be running slower with everything we did. That wasn't an issue and I met with the delivery driver the next night at the scheduled time. The driver calls 10 minutes before scheduled to verify the meeting time/place. He took the time to show me how the stroller worked and the quirks about the stroller (front wheels sometimes lock and the unit spins). Pickup was just as streamlined as the dropoff. I highly recommend this company if you need to rent a stroller (which I highly recommend doing if you have younger kids!)
