After reading some positive reviews on this Allstate Insurance office with agent, Angela Shepherd, I called the office to get a quote. Ms. Shepherd was very cordial and professional on the phone. I gave her all the information she needed and after reviewing everything, she gave me a quote that was much less than I was paying with my previous auto insurance company. Within an hour, I came to the office to bring in the registration for the vehicles, sign the paperwork, and pay the down payment. The Allstate Insurance office is location along Pines Blvd, in the RK Centers plaza behind Firestone. The office offers insurance coverage for auto, home, renters, life, condo, motorcycle, boat, ATV/Rec. vehicle, business, and many more. There are even discounts, if you are eligible, for extra savings. The staff is diverse (Hispanic & Caribbean), professional, very friendly, and knowledgeable on the insurance policies. When I met Ms. Shepherd in person, she took the time to explain to me in detail about my auto insurance. She made feel so comfortable by answering any questions I had. The next day, I brought in the registration for my second vehicle. Ms. Shepherd wasn't in, but another agent, Arriel, was able to add the registration to my policy. She too was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. She helped me set up an account on allstate.com so I can receive notifications on my monthly payments. I am looking forward to my new relationship with Allstate...I do believe I'm in good hands :-)

If you should not be wise and choose to go with this agency, please save yourself and communicate with them in writing via E-MAIL ONLY. The executive office will not back you as a consumer up because you did not put your request in writing. I WAS a long time Allstate customer and now they have lost an exemplary customer because of the bullshit that Ariel me through. Yeah, I said it Ariel Llinas! Last August 23rd I had an appointment with my PCP. It was my first time ever to the doctor since I got to the US but I have been suffering from an intense back pain and decided to see to it. The doctor ordered X rays and the lady at the front desk did her best to get the earliest appointment for my X rays, but it was only possible on the 19th of September, I did not complain, she tried. She set all my labs and Paps for the same day since I have little free time. So, since August 23rd I requested 4 hrs off from my morning job to do my medical things. Today I got a phone call from the clinic saying that my appointment was transferred for tomorrow, no previous notice. I complained, of course. The CS Rep transferred my call to her supervisor, Yany. She was very kind but also unable to help me solve my problem. She explained that the X rays hours changed and they had to move the appointments to different dates. That I get, but you people need to show some respect for the patients' time. You NEVER called to inform me about the changes, only today, 24 hrs before... You made changes and did not take time to accommodate the patients who already had appointments with you in your clinic. You offered what you call a solution and suggested that I go to Larkins and get my X rays done there, but I would then have to call that clinic, make a new appointment, request my X rays order from you and cross my fingers praying that I do not have to wait for another month.... It should be on you, guys, to do that because you cancelled my appointment without previous notice showing absolutely no respect for my time. You should have made that appointment for me and also guarantee that I get the same prices I am paying at the clinic because I have NEVER missed a payment, I have NEVER bothered you in any way and I have recommended your services to many of my acquaintances. You have let me down BIG TIME. This country has a slogan that goes"TIME IS MONEY" and you just made it very clear that you do not care about your patients' time. Nobody goes to the doctor for nothing. I needed help and thought you could offer that assistance since it was my first time requesting the services of the company that I have supporting for 3 years. But none of it was considered when cancelling my appointment without notice and offering no real solution for my problem. I deeply regret all the free promotion you got from me. I will certainly reverse that, starting with this review
