Well, in a word, hateful. I went in to P&C to buy a few Christmas gifts. Not only was the…read moredepartment so understaffed that the staffer there was telling everyone to go find another staffer int he next department, but, after having sussed out alone what I wanted to buy, the red-headed, elderly cashier told me that she could not sell me the scarf I found because it had no tag on it. I asked her to call the department. I showed her that they were the same scarf by the same maker and that one of them had a tag. She just repeated that she couldn't sell the scarf. I guess the way to bankrupt your locations is to remove all the tags as your staff is unaware how to sort out what something costs. End result: I walked across the street to Appelrath & Cupper and bought €100 worth of scarves and called it a day. Maybe you should invest in some retraining.
