The food was new Nordic. It tasted good, and Peter had made a wide selection dishes. Up front the vegetarians and vegans had been asked to inform about their eating habits. The waiters sought them out, and they were informed about their special dishes. Abesolute great service at a party with more than 200 guests. The staff was service minded and very efficient. They provided the guest with wine, beer, soft drinks, and water. Eventhough they obviously were busy, they took time to smalltalk and entertain us.
