Really lovely people and reasonably priced. Lessons are cheap and excellent value. Truly a little diamond in Dartford's thorny crown, that's for sure. One of the good shops left. Long live Dingo Jacks! read more

There really isn't any where to move around in the shop, so trying to find a particular dvd or Cd can be very hard. The staff in store are fab, always see them walking around and always really happy to help you find the dvd your looking for. I used to buy all my dvds online because the prices were that much cheaper, but i have found the HMV in Bluewater keeping up with online prices and really reducing the prices to match them.

It is really hard to stand back a little to see what they have on the shelves. I prefer to online rather than to their shops as you arent squashed, you can do a quick search to see if they have something in stock rather than perusing for ages and it is usually much cheaper! The staff seem pleasant enough though, mainly because they have room to move behind the counter! This store is based on the Level 1 of the Lakeside Shopping Centre, it has plenty of parking around the building and there are many stops nearby for refreshments for after braving HMV mayhem!

Inside it turned out to be a like a normal record shop. A lot of what was on offer in terms of latest titles were at full price, around the tenner mark. You can find these goods a little cheaper elsewhere but that said, it is nice spending money supporting a local business. Other items such as videos, DVDs and vinyl are available. However, the shop tends to sell things at top whack even if they have been out for over a few years.
